A welcome that says what to do next

0.250.0 · Oct 1, 2026

  • ImprovedThe welcome mail is redesigned: You're in, the creator's code up front with what their followers get and what they earn, and what to do next as steps with a button each. Pick your welcome gift, put your code in your bio and content with an example line, and make content from a briefing. It ends with their portal and your house rules.
  • NewUnder Notifications, switch on We run creators' content as ads and the welcome mail adds a step: their videos may run as paid ads, so people who don't follow them use their code too.
  • NewThe creator portal has a Briefings tab: your open briefs with what to make, the platforms, the length, the deadline and what it pays. Make this opens the delivery form with that brief chosen.
  • ImprovedEvery mail a creator gets, the import invite included, now carries your logo and says it was sent by your brand via Ecomyard, instead of Ecomyard's own look. Links in them are clickable, and each one comes with a plain text version too.

Applicants hear that their application came in

0.249.0 · Oct 1, 2026

  • NewSomebody who applies on one of your signup pages now gets a mail straight away: their application is in, your team looks at every one by hand, and that usually takes 24 to 72 hours. It comes from your brand name via Ecomyard, at most once a day per address, and not on a page that approves at once, where the welcome mail is the answer. Switch it off or hand it to Klaviyo under Notifications, as Application received.

Tagged files in one Drive folder

0.248.2 · Oct 1, 2026

  • ImprovedFiles from posts and stories that tag or mention you now go straight into Tagged on Instagram in your Google Drive, one folder instead of a folder per creator. Each file is named after its creator and the day it went up, so the folder sorts by creator by itself. In Ecomyard nothing moves: Tagged content and the content hub still show everything per creator.

Sync now fills in story senders' photos

0.248.1 · Sep 30, 2026

  • ImprovedSync now on the Instagram connection also reads the profile photo, name and follower count of story senders who came in without them, so creators from before photos arrived get theirs too.

Creators on Tagged content, with their photos

0.248.0 · Sep 30, 2026

  • NewTagged content has a Creators tab: everybody who tagged you, with their photo, name, handle, followers, mentions, last mention and status. Search, filter on affiliates, contacted or not contacted, sort on the latest mention, the most mentions or the most followers, copy an invite and mark somebody contacted in place. A name or a count opens their posts.
  • NewWhen somebody mentions you in a story, their profile photo, name and follower count come with it, and show on their cards, in the post dialog and in the Creators tab.

Stories stay, in your Drive

0.247.0 · Sep 30, 2026

  • NewA story that mentions you is now copied into your Google Drive, in its creator's folder, within minutes of coming in, and before any post that waits. It keeps playing in Ecomyard after it ends on Instagram, and downloads from Drive.

Download a story while it is live

0.246.2 · Sep 30, 2026

  • NewA post's dialog has a Download button. A story is saved to your computer straight from Instagram while it is live, named after its creator and date, since Meta does not let apps keep one; a post in your Drive downloads from Drive.

Video stories play

0.246.1 · Sep 30, 2026

  • FixedA story that mentions you and is a video now plays, on its card and in the post's dialog, instead of showing a black frame. Instagram's story links do not say what they are, so Ecomyard asks when the story comes in, and tries a picture as a video when it does not load.

Tagged content, one grid of everything that tags you

0.246.0 · Sep 30, 2026

  • NewTagged content in the sidebar, in Studio and in Creators: every post, reel, carousel and story that tags you on Instagram as one grid, newest first, with who made it and when. Filter on affiliates or everybody else, on the kind of post and on any period.
  • NewA post opens large and plays, with the caption, the date and the creator beside it: followers, how often they mentioned you, and whether they are an affiliate or have been contacted. Open it on Instagram or in Drive, download the file, or copy an invite.

The Drive folder you chose, in plain sight

0.245.5 · Sep 30, 2026

  • ImprovedWhere your files live now shows the chosen folder in a block of its own, its name up front with a green Set, next to Open in Drive and Move folder. With no folder chosen the block turns amber, says No folder chosen and puts Choose folder first.
  • FixedAfter you pick a folder, the notice from connecting no longer keeps asking you to pick one.

Choosing a Drive folder is the step after connecting

0.245.4 · Sep 30, 2026

  • ImprovedRight after you connect Google Drive, the page says there is one step left and puts Choose folder up front, so the library lands in the folder you want, such as one in a shared drive, instead of one Ecomyard makes on the first upload.

A red bar when tagged posts can't be saved

0.245.3 · Sep 30, 2026

  • ImprovedWith Instagram connected and Google Drive not, a red bar at the top of every page says tagged posts can't be saved, with how many are waiting and a Connect Google Drive button. It goes away once Drive is connected.

Instagram in the setup checklist

0.245.2 · Sep 30, 2026

  • ImprovedThe setup checklist on Home has a Connect Instagram step, with Instagram's own mark, and ticks it off once your Instagram is connected. The welcome panel names Instagram next to Shopify and Slack.
  • ImprovedConnect Instagram always asks which account to sign in with, so a browser still signed in to somebody's own account can no longer connect that one by mistake.

Instagram's login without the Facebook button

0.245.1 · Sep 30, 2026

  • ImprovedConnect Instagram opens Instagram's own login without the Log in with Facebook option, so the brand signs in with its Instagram account and nothing else.
  • ImprovedWhen a brand removes Ecomyard in Instagram's settings, the connection page says so straight away and asks for a reconnect, instead of failing at the next read. A data deletion request sent from Instagram reaches Ecomyard too.

Connect Instagram with Instagram

0.245.0 · Sep 30, 2026

  • ImprovedMeta Business Suite is now Instagram, and you sign in with your brand's Instagram business or creator account itself. No Facebook login and no Facebook Page. Posts that tag you, collabs, caption mentions and stories come in as before, with their files in your Drive.
  • ImprovedRight after you connect, the first read starts, so the posts that tag you are there without waiting for the next round. Instagram's sign-in lasts sixty days and Ecomyard renews it by itself.
  • ImprovedThe bio check and Discover's followers, engagement and Look up a handle read other accounts through Meta's Business Discovery, which works only with a Facebook login. With Instagram alone they are switched off and say why; the connection page counts the stories that mentioned you instead.

What we read from Instagram, in the privacy policy

0.244.1 · Sep 30, 2026

  • ImprovedThe privacy policy has a section of its own for data from Facebook and Instagram: what Ecomyard reads once a brand connects, what it does and does not do with it, where it is kept and for how long. A new Deleting your data section says how a brand, or a creator whose posts appear in a brand's workspace, has that data deleted.
  • ImprovedThe terms say what connecting another platform means, and that posts other people make about your brand stay theirs: reposting them or using them in ads needs the creator's permission.

Claude knows your naming convention

0.244.0 · Sep 30, 2026

  • NewWhen Claude lists your creatives it also reads your naming convention, what each field is filled with, and for every creative the name the launch card gives it and whether its name already matches. Renaming a batch to the convention is exact instead of guessed.
  • NewWith write access on, Claude can save a naming convention you agree with it. It replaces the one under Settings, General, and a field the launch card does not know is refused.
  • ImprovedOn the launch card, {creator} is the first creator in name order, the same person Claude names a creative after.

Mentions in captions and stories

0.243.0 · Sep 30, 2026

  • NewA post that mentions your handle in its caption without tagging you now comes in too, as it happens, marked In caption. Its file goes to your Drive like any tagged post's, and it counts in the numbers per creator.
  • NewStories that mention you come in as they happen, count as mentions per creator, and play in their creator's folder under Tagged on Instagram for as long as they are live. Meta does not let apps keep a story, so the story itself is never stored.
  • NewThe Meta Business Suite page says whether your Page takes these live events, and how to allow them for stories in the Instagram app. Both start once Meta has reviewed the Ecomyard app.

Everything you are tagged in, per creator

0.242.0 · Sep 30, 2026

  • NewContent has a Tagged on Instagram folder: every post and reel that tags your brand, a folder per creator, affiliate or not. Meta Business Suite reads your whole history on its first runs, not only the newest posts, and every file goes to your own Google Drive under Content library, Tagged on Instagram.
  • NewThe folder opens on a table of everybody who tagged you: mentions with the trend against the period before, reels, photos, carousels, stories, likes, comments, engagement against their followers, and when they last tagged you. Every number opens that creator's posts filtered to what it counts, and Copy invite sits next to anybody who is not an affiliate yet.
  • NewAn affiliate's page shows what they tagged you in: the last 30 days next to all time, their reels and stories, and their engagement, each a way into their folder.
  • ImprovedTagged posts under Deliveries, Content show the last 30 days, so reading a long history does not bury today's posts. Import no longer adds a second copy to the content hub for a post that already has its file there.

A brief's fee is paid out

0.241.0 · Sep 30, 2026

  • NewApproving a delivery for a brief with a fixed fee, or a fee on top of commission, records that fee once and adds it to the creator's balance, so the next Pay out carries it with their commission. Untick Record the fee in the approve dialog when it was settled another way.
  • NewCreators see each fee under Fees in their portal, as owed and then as paid. A payout PayPal refuses hands the fee back as owed, like the commission it carried.

Content shows what it is

0.240.1 · Sep 30, 2026

  • ImprovedCards under Deliveries, Content show the content itself: a delivered video by its first frame, a delivered picture, or the picture a post came in with. Open on a delivered file opens the file.

Approve says where it goes

0.240.0 · Sep 30, 2026

  • NewApproving a delivery asks where it goes. Keep as content files it under Content and in the content hub, for the creator's own channels, and nothing lands on the board.
  • NewSend to the content board makes it an ad for your media buyer: Ready to launch puts it straight in Launch and tells the media buyer, Needs work puts it on the board first. It asks for the name, persona, funnel stage, format, concept, landing, products, a brief when there was none, and usage rights, filled in from the brief where it can, with the creator and the file already on it.

The inbox fills the screen

0.239.1 · Sep 29, 2026

  • ImprovedDeliveries fills the page under the header from side to side, like a mail app: one bar with the switch, the pills and search on top, the list and the conversation below it at full height. The posted content keeps its own page under Content.

Deliveries for the whole team

0.239.0 · Sep 29, 2026

  • NewAssign hands a delivery to somebody on the team, from the conversation's header. The list shows who has what, a Mine pill holds what is yours and not finished, and handing one to somebody else names them under the bell and in Slack.
  • NewDeliveries in the sidebar shows how many wait on the team: the same count as Needs you, on every page.

Review against the brief, down to the second

0.238.0 · Sep 29, 2026

  • NewThe clock next to the box you write in points your message at the moment the video is at, such as 0:03, on the version you were watching. A click on the moment jumps the video back there, and the creator sees it with your words in their portal and in the mail.
  • NewThe brief a delivery answers sits beside the conversation: funnel stage, deadline, platforms, what it is about and the script, so a review checks the work against what was asked. It stays closed once you close it.

Creators hear about it by email

0.237.0 · Sep 29, 2026

  • NewWhat your team writes on a delivery also reaches the creator by email: a message, what a revision should change, or why it was declined. The button opens that conversation in their portal, and messages sent within a couple of minutes arrive as one mail.
  • NewMessage on a delivery is one of the automatic mails under Affiliates, Notifications, with a preview, to switch off or hand to Klaviyo, and the box you write in says whether it goes out.

Creators write back

0.236.0 · Sep 29, 2026

  • NewA creator can write to your team from their portal on any delivery, without sending a new version. The portal shows each delivery as a conversation: your messages, their replies and what was decided, and it opens by itself when you are waiting on them.
  • NewA creator's reply rings under the bell and in Slack with a button to the conversation, and a few short messages in a row ring once. The inbox picks up replies while it is open.
  • NewMark done takes a conversation out of Needs you when a message needs no answer, for the whole team, until the creator writes again.

Deliveries is an inbox

0.235.0 · Sep 29, 2026

  • NewEach delivery is a conversation: the file or link the creator sent, every message and every decision in the order it happened, with an uploaded video playing right in the thread. Pills show what needs you, what waits on the creator, and what was approved or declined.
  • NewWrite to a creator on any delivery without deciding anything. Request revision and decline take their reason in the same box, so it reaches the creator with the decision, and every message says who on the team wrote it.
  • ImprovedEvery version stays in the conversation with its own file, so v1 can still be watched once v2 arrives. The notification for a new or revised delivery opens its conversation, and posted content moved to its own Content tab.

Claude can rename and tag creatives

0.234.0 · Sep 28, 2026

  • Newupdate_creatives lets Claude change up to fifty creatives in one call: name, status, persona, lead product, format, concept, landing and funnel stage. It needs write access, answers each creative on its own, and running counts as launched.
  • Improvedlist_creatives tells Claude each creative's landing, every product and who made it, and finds creatives by part of their name, so a naming convention can be built from it.

Winner or loser in one click

0.233.0 · Sep 28, 2026

  • NewResult on a creative's Details marks it Winner, Loser or No result in one click, one or the other. Set on a board selection marks many at once.
