Terms of service

The service

Ecomyard is a workspace for creative operations and affiliate marketing: content board, briefs, creator portals, payouts, automations and the integrations around them. We provide the service as described on this site and work to keep it available, but like any software it can have maintenance windows and incidents.

Your account and workspace

You need an account to use Ecomyard, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your login and creator portal links private: a portal link gives access to that creator's page without a password.

Workspace admins control who joins their workspace and what members can do. Inviting someone gives them access to the workspace's data.

Your content

Everything your team and your creators put into Ecomyard stays yours: briefs, creatives, files, affiliate data. We only use it to run the service for you. You can export or delete it, and when you delete your workspace we delete the content with it.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload, including content your creators deliver through their portals.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per workspace, monthly, at the prices on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access runs until the end of the paid period. Prices can change, and we announce changes before they apply to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ecomyard to send spam, host unlawful content, mislead consumers with undisclosed affiliate promotion, or probe the security of the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Ecomyard is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
