Privacy policy
The short version
Short version: your workspace data is yours, we collect what the service needs to run and nothing for resale, and you can take it out or have it deleted whenever you want.

What we collect
Account data: your name, email and login details. Workspace content: the briefs, creatives, files, affiliate and payout records your team puts in. Creator data: what affiliates share through applications and their portals, such as name, handle, country and delivered content.
Usage data: basic product analytics like which pages are used, plus technical logs to keep the service secure and debuggable.

Why we process it
To run Ecomyard for your workspace: showing your board, paying your affiliates, sending the notifications you configured. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (hosting), in EU regions where available. Payments and email delivery run through processors we list when those integrations are active in your workspace.

How long we keep it
As long as your workspace exists. Delete your workspace and its content is removed from production systems; backups roll off on a fixed schedule after that.

Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Workspace admins handle their team's and creators' data inside the product; for anything else, email hello@ecomyard.com and we respond within 30 days. EU users can also complain to their local data authority.

Ecomyard uses cookies for signing in and remembering preferences like your theme. No third-party advertising cookies.
