Claude makes creatives and hands their files to Meta

0.264.0 · Oct 2, 2026

  • NewClaude can put creatives on the board, one to fifty in one call, with product, persona, format, concept, landing, funnel stage, status, creator and number. Sent without a name, a creative is named by your naming convention from the start.
  • NewEvery file Claude lists comes with a download link that works for an hour, so Claude can hand a video from your Google Drive straight to Meta's upload instead of somebody downloading it and choosing it again.
  • NewYour naming convention reads short codes and a number: {product_code} (NS, set per product under Products), {format_code} (VID, set per format under Settings, General), {creator_code} (bramdavina) and {seq} (01). A name like NS_VID_hospital-motocross_job_01 can now be saved as your convention, and Ecomyard checks every creative against it.
  • ImprovedEvery creative has a number within its concept, next to Concept on the creative. Existing creatives took theirs from their name, and a new one gets the next free number.
  • ImprovedAn empty field in a name drops out with one separator next to it, whatever that separator is, so a name never ends on an underscore.
  • ImprovedClaude can add who made a creative. Someone Ecomyard does not know yet is added as a creator, without an invitation, code or program.

Claude reads personas and markets again

0.263.3 · Oct 2, 2026

  • FixedAsking Claude for a persona or for your markets ended in a database error, so a persona's hooks were out of its reach. Both answer again: a persona comes with its research, barriers and hooks, and a market with its countries, language, currency, channels and marketplaces.

A site header that lines up

0.263.2 · Oct 2, 2026

  • ImprovedEvery page of ecomyard.com, the footer included, now uses one width, and the header shares it: the wordmark lines up with the headline and every section, the button with their right edge, and the menu sits in the middle.
  • ImprovedAt the top of a page the header is part of the page. Once you scroll, it lifts off with a thin line and a frosted background, and the menu shows which part of the site you are on.
  • ImprovedOn a phone, Get started stays in reach in the header, and the menu lists Pricing and Get started as well.

The public site, checked and tidied

0.263.1 · Oct 2, 2026

  • FixedEvery page of ecomyard.com has its own title and link preview, so a shared link no longer shows the homepage's text, and a page that does not exist says so to search engines.
  • FixedThe homepage and the product pages load a fraction of what they did: photos come in the size your screen needs and in modern formats, and the background video only loads once you scroll to it.
  • FixedContact fits a phone screen, and the email you type in the closing section reaches the sign-up form without travelling in the address bar.
  • FixedClaims that no longer held are corrected or gone: other tools' prices, the number of automation triggers, how creators sign in to their portal, which files are private and when an affiliate's commission becomes payable.

Approve all works in the background

0.263.0 · Oct 2, 2026

  • ImprovedApprove all approves the first 25 confirmed creators right away and the rest in batches every minute, so a migration of a hundred creators no longer runs into the server's time limit. Activity shows how far it is, with Stop, and afterwards how many were approved and which could not be.
  • NewBackground jobs: work a click starts runs in batches and shows in Activity. Approve all is the first; moving creators between tiers, the monthly gifts and large imports can follow.

Activity, bottom-right on every page

0.262.0 · Oct 2, 2026

  • NewActivity shows what runs on after you press a button: the invites going out with how many have left and when the last one will, the codes of creators you approved going live in Shopify, and what waits for you, such as imported creators without an invite or creators ready to approve, each with the button that does it. It stays out of sight while nothing runs.
  • NewA page left open across an update says a new version of Ecomyard is ready, so its buttons never run the old code without you knowing.

Invites and reminders go out without waiting for other mail

0.261.1 · Oct 2, 2026

  • FixedInvites in line and the reminder five days after an invite start going out by themselves. Before, they waited until some other mail was due to go out.

Invites that land in the inbox

0.261.0 · Oct 2, 2026

  • NewSend invites puts your imported creators in line, and the invites go out a few at a time over the next hours, in the order of your sheet: never fewer than 48 an hour, and all of them within eight hours. A sending domain that mails a whole list in one go lands in spam. Stop sending takes back what has not gone out.
  • ImprovedThe invite and its reminder come with a plain-text version, and replies go to whoever sent them.
  • FixedThe invite, the reminder and the page they open promise the commission and discount of the tier the creator joins, so a creator moving into a 20% tier reads 20%, not your first tier's rate.
  • FixedAn imported creator waiting under Pending says which tier approving puts them in.

A Social Snowball export imports the way it reads

0.260.2 · Oct 2, 2026

  • FixedImporting a Social Snowball export no longer takes its commission totals for discount codes and commission rates. Names, emails, Instagram and country find their columns by themselves.
  • FixedThe note under Social Snowball in the import says what its export leaves out: discount codes and commissions. Its emails are there.

Imported creators land in the tier their sheet names

0.260.1 · Oct 2, 2026

  • FixedAn import with a Tier column puts each creator in the tier of that name under Programs, at its commission. Before, a tier that is a program of its own, like Community, was made a second time inside your oldest program, and its creators landed there.
  • ImprovedA tier the sheet names that you do not have yet is made as a tier of its own at the end of your ladder, with the discount and welcome gift of your oldest program. When the import cannot make one, it names the tier those creators start in.

Tiers you edit the way you did in Social Snowball

0.260.0 · Oct 2, 2026

  • NewPrograms shows every tier as a card of its own, in the order creators climb them, with what its affiliates brought in, how many are in it, View payouts and View affiliates. Arrows change the order.
  • NewEdit opens a tier over the whole screen with Basic info, Commissions, Attribution and discounts, Advanced settings, Welcome gift and Segmentation, and one Save & Exit. Every tier has its own commission, discount for followers, welcome gift and way in.
  • NewInbound segmentation: creators in an earlier tier move into this one by themselves once their referred orders reach the number you set, code and all.
  • NewUTM parameters per tier: the links creators share carry utm_source=ecomyard, the tier and their code, so your analytics shows where a visit came from.

Edit your signup pages under Customize, with the page beside you

0.259.0 · Oct 1, 2026

  • NewEdit opens a signup page right inside Customize: its builder on the left and the page itself on the right, as an applicant sees it on a phone or a desktop, following every word, perk and question as you type. The logo and color you are picking under Brand show on it too, and one Save puts the page live together with the rest of Customize.
  • ImprovedThe signup page editor under Affiliates, Signup pages shows the same live preview beside it.

Customize, rebuilt as one editor with the real portal beside it

0.258.0 · Oct 1, 2026

  • ImprovedCustomize is one editor now, in four tabs: Brand, Portal, Welcome mail and Signup pages. Beside the settings is the real creator portal in a phone, with Home and Menu to switch between, or the welcome mail, and it follows every change as you type. One Save changes in the bar at the bottom puts all of it live together; Discard puts it back, and leaving the page asks first.
  • NewPortal content under Customize, Portal: a cover image and a welcome note on top of the portal's home, and up to five links of your own, such as your brand guidelines, on the home and in the portal menu.
  • NewChoose which portal tabs creators see. Analytics, Gifts, Briefings and Media can each be switched off; Home, Payouts and Settings always show. An old link to a hidden tab opens the portal's home.

Ecomyard's Dutch registration on the site

0.257.2 · Oct 1, 2026

  • FixedThe footer, the contact page, the terms and the privacy policy now name Ecomyard with its Dutch registration: KVK 96480556, VAT NL867629320B01, Willemsplein 21 in Arnhem.

The sidebar icon says how many

0.257.1 · Oct 1, 2026

  • ImprovedThe dot on a section's icon in the sidebar is now the number that waits inside it, like 13 applications, and its tooltip says so. Above 99 it reads 99+.

Customize: everything your creators see, in one place

0.257.0 · Oct 1, 2026

  • NewCustomize, in the Creators menu: your logo, your brand color, the portal's WhatsApp contact, the welcome mail and your signup pages on one page, with the portal and the welcome mail previewed as you change them.
  • NewA brand color. The creator portal and its password screen, your signup pages and the main button in creator mails wear it, with text in white or dark, whichever reads. Without one, everything keeps the house green.
  • ImprovedThe welcome mail's house rules, Instagram handle and ads step moved from Notifications to Customize, and the WhatsApp contact from Settings, General; both pages point there.

The sidebar says what waits for you

0.256.1 · Oct 1, 2026

  • ImprovedApplications in the sidebar carries the number of applications waiting for you, the way Deliveries already counted what waits there, and a small dot on a section's icon says something inside it waits, so you see it with that section closed.

Welcome gifts count on the Gifting page

0.256.0 · Oct 1, 2026

  • ImprovedThe gifts creators pick in their portal now count in Gifts sent, Value redeemed, Cost redeemed and Redemptions, and each tier's gift is a row in the list beside your campaigns: offered to the creators in that tier, claimed, worth and cost. Every gift order keeps its retail value and its cost, product cost plus shipping, as they were on the day it was ordered.

Imported creators keep their tier

0.255.0 · Oct 1, 2026

  • NewThe creator import takes a Tier column. A tier your program lacks is made during the import, at the commission the sheet gives it and with the welcome gift of your lowest tier, and approving an imported creator puts them in their own tier at its rate instead of on your lowest one.
  • NewApprove all under Applications, Pending: everyone who confirmed their imported details becomes an affiliate in one go, each through the same approval as one at a time.

Connecting Instagram on a phone, for real this time

0.254.2 · Oct 1, 2026

  • FixedThe Instagram app still took the login on an iPhone. Instagram itself leaves only certain links to the browser, and the login link was missing the trailing slash that makes it one of them. It now has that form, plus Instagram's own marker for open in the browser.

Connecting Instagram on a phone opens the login

0.254.1 · Oct 1, 2026

  • FixedOn a phone with the Instagram app, Connect opened the app on an empty profile instead of the login, for a creator in their portal and for a brand alike. The login now opens in the browser, and Instagram no longer learns which page sent them there.

A creator's Instagram shows you their posts about you

0.254.0 · Oct 1, 2026

  • ImprovedWhen a creator connects their own Instagram in their portal, Ecomyard keeps only their posts about your brand: the ones whose caption names your Instagram handle or their code, with the reach of those posts. The rest of their feed is never stored, and the portal card says exactly which posts you see, by your handle and their code.

A refund before shipping is news too

0.253.0 · Oct 1, 2026

  • NewA creator who heard about a sale in the New sale mail now also hears when that order is refunded in full before it ships: Order refunded names the order and says the commission pending on it will not be paid out. Nobody who never got the New sale mail is told, and a partial refund leaves it to the Commission earned mail to state what is left.
  • FixedThe Notifications preview labelled the first version of a mail sent in more than one as when the order had not been paid out yet, the message on a delivery included. Every version now says when it goes out.

The sale mail says what the order value leaves out

0.252.1 · Oct 1, 2026

  • ImprovedThe New sale mail showed the order value commission is worked out on, without VAT and shipping, next to nothing that said so, while the customer paid more. It now reads Order value, excl. VAT and shipping, and follows your settings when you count VAT or shipping in. The value is always the full amount the commission is worked out on, so the percentage adds up.

Ka-ching: creators hear about a sale right away

0.252.0 · Oct 1, 2026

  • NewThe moment an order comes in with a creator's code, they get a mail: Ka-ching, who ordered (a first name and an initial, never more of your customer), the order number, what it is worth and their commission on it, pending until it ships. Commission earned still follows when the order ships. It is the New sale mail under Notifications, with a preview, and like the others it can go through Klaviyo as Ecomyard - New sale or be switched off.

A code the store already has is not available

0.251.3 · Oct 1, 2026

  • FixedChanging a code in the portal checked only the program, so a code another app's discount already held in the store said Available, and saving it ended in a variant like LARS10-DDQ. The check now asks the store too: such a code says Already used in the store, and saving it is refused before the current code is touched.

The portal remembers where it was opened

0.251.2 · Oct 1, 2026

  • FixedSince the portal asks for a password, a creator's visit stopped recording the address it came from, which the self-referral check compares orders against. It records it again for the creator signed in.

Picking a gift on a phone

0.251.1 · Oct 1, 2026

  • ImprovedOn the Gifts page a creator taps a product to pick it: the picker opens with that one already in. The country in the shipping address is typed instead of scrolled to, with the nearby countries ready, and the address fields no longer zoom the page in on an iPhone.

The creator portal has a password

0.251.0 · Oct 1, 2026

  • NewThe first time a creator opens their portal, they choose a password, without a confirmation mail: the link they came in by was mailed to them. On a new phone or computer the portal asks them to sign in, with Forgot your password for a new one. A forwarded portal link no longer shows anybody else their earnings, address or payout details.
  • ImprovedYour team still opens any creator's portal from their page, as before. In their portal settings, a creator changes their password or signs out.
  • FixedA password reset or confirmation link now signs in on whichever device opens it, once the mail template carries its token, instead of only in the browser that asked for the mail.

The welcome gift opens straight away

0.250.1 · Oct 1, 2026

  • ImprovedChoose your gift in the welcome mail now opens the gift picker in the portal at once, and the Gifts page shows the products a creator can pick from, with their photos, instead of a single button on an empty page.
