The yard moves

0.59.1 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedThe closing section is now a living loop: a gentle breeze through the poppies instead of a still photo. Starts and ends on the same frame, so it loops without a seam, keeps the film grain alive and falls back to the photo on slow connections.

Every product gets its own page

0.59.0 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewSeven product pages: content board, content hub, Ecomyard AI, creator marketplace, creator portal, affiliate suite and automations. Each with its own sections, visuals and a path into the waitlist.
  • ImprovedThe Product menu and the footer now point at these pages instead of the docs.
  • ImprovedAll 28 photos across the product pages are unique, one theme per product: garden beds for the board, the glasshouse for the hub, morning light for AI, the flower market for the marketplace, growth for the portal, the orchard for affiliates and irrigation for automations.
  • ImprovedEvery product-page section now shows the product itself: real app windows where the visual proves the three points next to it. The board section shows the table view with winner labels and a cost column, the affiliate section shows the order trail a skeptic can audit.

One story on every page

0.58.1 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedThe site now tells one story: early access is free, brands join the waitlist, creators sign up free. The invented € 14,99 price and the second signup funnel are gone.
  • ImprovedEvery integration claim matches reality. Google Drive moved to the live list everywhere, and the product mocks no longer show unshipped connectors doing work.
  • FixedEvery page now carries its own title, canonical URL and social preview; the sitemap lists the briefings marketplace and no longer points at a dead route. Placeholder social icons are gone from the footer, and forms got proper labels for screen readers.

Your Drive holds the files

0.58.0 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewDrive-first content hub: with Google Drive connected, uploads go straight from your browser into your own Drive folder tree. Ecomyard keeps the index, tags and history; your account keeps the files and the quota.
  • NewApproved portal deliveries file themselves into your Drive's UGC inbox folder.
  • ImprovedWithout a Drive connection everything keeps working as before, stored by Ecomyard.

Monday knows the numbers

0.57.0 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewThe Monday recap is live: every Monday morning your Slack alerts channel gets last week's numbers. New affiliates, creatives added, referral revenue and what went to creators. Quiet weeks stay quiet.

The marketplace loop closes

0.56.0 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewCreators get an email the moment a brand accepts or declines their application, with a link straight to the briefing.
  • NewThe heart on a briefing now saves to your account. Saved briefings show up on your creator home, and signed-out saves still work on this device.
  • FixedSigning up with Google as a creator landed you in the brand flow. The creator choice now survives the OAuth round trip.
  • ImprovedThe homepage persona cards moved up, right after the AI section, so the three roles show before the pricing comparison.

A header that stays with you

0.55.1 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedThe marketing header is now sticky with a glass blur, so navigation and the waitlist button stay in reach while you scroll. Both buttons got a little taller.
  • ImprovedThe persona section opens with a plain sentence on what the workspace does, and each card leads with the job it solves instead of the audience.
  • ImprovedThe problem section sits on its own photo now: a golden-hour glasshouse with motion blur and film grain, warm like the rest of the site but unmistakably its own scene. The floating tiles now name the scattered tools the copy talks about.
  • FixedThe sticky header silently never stuck: page wrappers clipped overflow in a way that disables sticky positioning. Fixed across the whole site.

Content that knows its own story

0.55.0 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewUploads to the content hub now ask three quick questions: which product is in the shot, whether a creator made it, and what it was made for. Open any file and a details panel shows its tags and history, editable in place. Portal deliveries tag themselves.
  • FixedCreating a new workspace failed on sign-up. New brands can onboard again, and every workspace gets a readable apply-page slug.
  • ImprovedThe homepage persona cards now show the loops that set Ecomyard apart: partnership ads from briefing to tracked sale, the labeled content library, and Slack recaps for the whole team.

The homepage tells one story

0.54.0 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedThe homepage now runs as one narrative: the problem it removes, the workspace, the stack it plugs into, the AI, the comparison, the numbers, who it serves and a closing FAQ.
  • NewFour new sections: the problem named and quantified, one workspace in numbers, a card per role (founders, strategists, media buyers), and a frequently asked questions block that answers the Shopify-only question head on.

Sharper positioning

0.53.0 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedEvery page now says what Ecomyard is in one line: the content engine for Shopify brands. The homepage leads with who it is for, the stack it plugs into (Shopify, Slack, Klaviyo, Meta, Figma, Drive) with their real marks, and the bottlenecks it removes.
  • FixedThe sign-up page promised a push to Meta; it now says what really happens, a hand-off to your media buyer in Slack.

Marketplace redesign

0.52.0 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedThe briefings marketplace got a full redesign: a photo hero with a booking-style search bar (search, compensation, channel), the customer-brand marquee, and a featured rail of portrait cards you can swipe through.
  • ImprovedBriefing pages are now event cards: the cover with the title, closing date and applicant count overlaid, share and save actions, the brand block with website and apply buttons, and stats at a glance. On desktop the card opens into two columns, cover beside the details.

Recognizable channels

0.51.1 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewBriefings now carry their target channels, with the real Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta logos on every card and briefing page. Brands pick the channels when they post a brief.
  • NewBrands with a connected Shopify store show a verified Shopify mark on the marketplace.
  • ImprovedThe marketplace hero is now a living deep-green gradient: a slowly drifting bloom field in the brand colour, with the headline in white.

A real creator home

0.51.0 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewCreators get their own home at /creator: a dashboard with every application and its status, plus a public profile with photo, bio, niches, platforms and portfolio. The profile travels with every application, so brands see who is applying.
  • ImprovedThe marketplace grew up: search, filters on compensation and funnel stage, a Featured rail, applicant counts on cards, and briefing pages with an about-the-brand block and related briefings.

Applications

0.50.0 · Aug 22, 2026

  • NewCreators can apply to a briefing straight from its page: send a handle, a portfolio link and a note. They track every application and its status from their home.
  • NewBrands review applicants inside the brief, with the note and portfolio in view, and accept or decline each one.

Marketplace comes to life

0.49.1 · Aug 22, 2026

  • ImprovedBriefing cards lost the flat gray look. Each shows a colour keyed to how you get paid, marketing labels (Popular, New, Closing soon, Gifted) and the brand mark, over a warmer marketplace.
  • NewUpload a brand logo in Settings and a cover image per briefing. Cards use your cover, fall back to a synced product photo, then to a clean branded field. Feature a briefing as Popular to pin it to the top.

Creator marketplace

0.49.0 · Aug 22, 2026

  • NewA public briefings marketplace at /briefings. Brands can post any brief to the open marketplace, and every card shows how the creator gets paid: a fixed fee, a commission, a gifted partnership, or a fee plus commission.
  • NewSign up as a creator or as a brand. Creators get their own home and can browse and find briefings that fit; brands keep the full workspace.
  • ImprovedEach brief now has a description, a deadline and a compensation model, and a per-brief switch to publish it to the marketplace or keep it private to your own creators.

Homepage repositioned

0.48.1 · Aug 22, 2026

  • ImprovedThe homepage now leads with what Ecomyard really is: one workspace for creative ops and your affiliate program, not just a spreadsheet replacement. The hero shows the real app, sidebar and all.

Early access

0.48.0 · Aug 22, 2026

  • NewEcomyard is in early access and free while we onboard the first brands by hand. The pricing page is now a waitlist: request access and we reach out.
  • ImprovedThe ops dashboard shows waitlist signups instead of plan revenue, and the top tabs have tooltips and a loading spinner.

Ecomyard Ops

0.47.0 · Aug 22, 2026

  • NewAn internal ops dashboard at /admin for platform admins: live metrics across every workspace (MRR, active workspaces, AI usage, signups), a read-only support view per workspace, and an application error log.
  • ImprovedEvery support view of a customer workspace is written to an audit log, and the whole area returns a 404 to anyone who is not a platform admin.
  • NewPricing tiers defined: Starter, Growth and Scale, feeding MRR in the ops dashboard and the checkout once billing lands.

Ecomyard AI stays on topic

0.46.2 · Aug 22, 2026

  • NewEcomyard AI now only answers questions about your Ecomyard account and how to use Ecomyard. Off-topic questions (general trivia, cooking, coding) are politely declined, and they do not use up one of your monthly questions.
  • ImprovedA cheap scope check runs before the main model, so an out-of-scope question is turned away without spending the cost of a full answer.

Rate limiting and connection guards

0.46.1 · Aug 22, 2026

  • NewPer-IP rate limiting on signup, login, apply, contact and the AI chat, so nobody can hammer the public endpoints.
  • ImprovedA Shopify store can be connected to one workspace at a time, keeping attribution unambiguous. Sign-in and signup errors no longer reveal whether an email has an account.

Security hardening before launch

0.46.0 · Aug 22, 2026

  • FixedClosed a tenant-isolation hole: a signed-up user could no longer add themselves to another workspace. Joining a workspace now only happens by creating one or being added by an admin.
  • FixedThe AI allowance is now a server-owned counter that the user cannot reset, reserved atomically before each answer, and history sent to the model is capped. Workspaces per account are limited so nobody can mint unlimited AI usage.
  • ImprovedConnecting or disconnecting an integration is admin-only. ICP image uploads are scoped to your workspace. The safe-link redirect only forwards to a validated store domain.
  • ImprovedShopify now requests only the four scopes the product uses, down from eleven, so a leaked token is worth far less.

Hand-off says what it does

0.45.1 · Aug 22, 2026

  • ImprovedPush to Ads Manager is now Hand off to the media buyer. It moves the creatives to Running and posts the list to your Slack channel, which is what actually happens.
  • FixedThe hand-off dialog used to show a Meta step and claim it created the ad. Ecomyard does not build ads in Meta Ads Manager yet, so that claim is gone.
  • FixedGoogle Drive, Meta Ads Manager and Klaviyo now say plainly on their connection page what they do not do yet.

Ecomyard AI answers for real

0.45.0 · Aug 22, 2026

  • NewEcomyard AI now answers from your live account. It reads your results, ICPs and coverage, the content board, briefs, creators, affiliate performance, deliveries, campaigns, products and connections before it replies.
  • NewAnswers stream in with the sources they used and two follow-up questions. Your last conversation is kept, so the chat resumes where you left off, and New chat starts a fresh one.
  • NewEvery workspace gets 100 questions a month. Pick Ecomyard 1 for everyday lookups or Ecomyard 1 Pro for deeper analysis.
  • ImprovedThe instructions and tool list sent with every question are cached, so a repeat question costs a fraction of the first one.
  • FixedA Slack step in a flow could be delivered again on every run of the delivery worker. The step is now marked as sent the first time.

Docs moved home

0.44.2 · Aug 22, 2026

  • ImprovedThe documentation now lives on docs.ecomyard.com. Every help link across the app and site points there.
  • ImprovedSign in with Figma is available next to Google on the login and signup pages.

Workspace switching

0.44.1 · Aug 22, 2026

  • NewRun more than one brand: switch between workspaces from the sidebar, create a new one from the same menu, and land straight in it with its own welcome flow.
  • ImprovedSecurity hardening round on the database: locked down internal functions flagged by the security advisor.

Slack alerts with buttons

0.44.0 · Aug 22, 2026

  • NewTeam alerts in Slack: new applications, deliveries and payout events post to a channel you pick, styled with action buttons like View application and Review delivery.
  • NewFlow messages in Slack now carry an Open affiliate button that jumps straight to the right profile.
  • ImprovedButtons deep-link into Ecomyard: not signed in? You log in once and land exactly where the button pointed.
  • ImprovedEvery Slack alert also lands in the notification bell, with its own icon per event type.

Attribution analytics

0.43.1 · Aug 22, 2026

  • ImprovedQuick rules switch on and off with a proper toggle.
  • ImprovedAnalytics is now a real attribution view: the click-to-order funnel, conversion and earnings per click, commission economics with refund rate, and a per-affiliate breakdown. No more overlap with the dashboard.
  • ImprovedThe Affiliates section in the sidebar opens on your dashboard instead of the roster.

Welcome aboard

0.43.0 · Aug 22, 2026

  • NewNew workspaces open with a welcome moment: three cards that show how your workspace builds itself, then straight into the setup checklist. Shown once, dismissed forever.
  • ImprovedThe setup checklist starts with your first step already done and tracks real progress across all six steps.
  • ImprovedStat cards got a redesign: smooth trend lines, clear change chips and a calmer layout across the dashboard, analytics, payouts and gifting.
  • ImprovedA richer notifications panel: unread counts, mark all as read, and highlighted unread items.
  • FixedRemoved every remaining trace of sample brands from the product: the invite dialog, sidebar, Discover samples and product lookups are now fully yours.
  • FixedLegal links in settings now point to real pages, and every shareable link (portal, signup, safe link) always carries the ecomyard.com domain.

Real signup links

0.42.1 · Aug 22, 2026

  • ImprovedEvery workspace now has a stable signup link (ecomyard.com/apply/your-brand) backed by a unique slug in the database, so renaming your workspace never breaks the link.
  • FixedThe signup page shows your real brand name and unknown links return a proper 404 instead of a fake page.
