What shipped

Release by release, with docs to match on docs.ecomyard.com. Built in the open, tested on our own brand first.

Stronger passwords, shown live

0.64.5 · Aug 24, 2026

  • ImprovedPassword fields on sign up, reset and security settings now show a live checklist of the requirements: 8 characters with a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and a symbol. The form only submits once everything checks out.
  • FixedA rejected weak password now returns one clear sentence instead of a raw server error.

Mail from the yard

0.64.4 · Aug 24, 2026

  • ImprovedEvery email now looks like Ecomyard: the poppy field up top, serif headlines on a cream card over the deep green, and pill buttons. Auth mails, team invites and flow emails all share the shell.

Dots that tell the truth

0.64.3 · Aug 24, 2026

  • FixedThe connector dots in the sidebar now follow the live connection status: green when connected, instead of always grey.

A palette that jumps anywhere

0.64.2 · Aug 24, 2026

  • ImprovedThe command palette grew up: category chips scope results, every page and wired action is one keystroke away under Go to, your recent jumps come back first, and the footer shows the keys. Still / or Cmd+K from anywhere.

Search that opens under your fingers

0.64.1 · Aug 24, 2026

  • NewThe sidebar search is now a real command palette: press / or Cmd+K anywhere in the app, type, and results appear live, grouped by creatives, briefs, ICPs and creators. Arrows move, Enter opens.

The click-everything audit

0.64.0 · Aug 24, 2026

  • NewSearch is real: one box, grouped name matches across creatives, briefs, ICPs and creators.
  • FixedSidebar clicks now also work while you are already on the page: switching board views, filtering briefs, opening New ICP and starting a New chat all respond instead of only changing the URL.
  • FixedCreating a brief reports failure honestly and lands with its real id, so publishing to the marketplace works right away without a refresh.
  • ImprovedFifteen more buttons across the app show a spinner while they work: OAuth sign-in, invites, payouts, gifting, members, flows and friends. The brand-logo setup step ticks itself off, and a switched-off Ecomyard AI shows as dimmed instead of pretending.

No promises the product cannot keep

0.63.6 · Aug 24, 2026

  • FixedDiscover's sample creators can no longer be invited as if they were real people; they are clearly samples until live creator search ships.
  • ImprovedThe tagged-posts inbox says plainly that Instagram and TikTok connectors are on the roadmap, and the old product board link redirects to the content board page.

Honest connections

0.63.5 · Aug 24, 2026

  • FixedConnection errors now name the right tool: a Slack save no longer claims it was Shopify, and an account that is already linked to another workspace says exactly that.
  • NewFigma is on the connections board as the next design connector: frames will land on the content board as creatives.
  • ImprovedWith Drive connected, an empty hub now reads as a launchpad: drop your first files or start with a folder, instead of a bare this-folder-is-empty.

Onboarding worth arriving in

0.63.4 · Aug 24, 2026

  • ImprovedCreating a workspace is now one question on a glass card over the poppy field, with a real loader while it works. The domain question is gone; that fills itself later.
  • ImprovedThe team invite step shares the same stage, and the welcome panel opens on the flower field in motion.

No more double-clicking Create account

0.63.3 · Aug 24, 2026

  • ImprovedCreate account, Log in and Send reset link show a spinner and lock while they work, so a slow moment no longer looks like a dead button.

Sidebar links that do things, previews that show up

0.63.2 · Aug 24, 2026

  • FixedThe sidebar's Table, Board and Gallery views, the Ready to hand off focus, the brief status filters and New ICP now actually switch the view, filter the list or open the form instead of reloading the page.
  • FixedFiles that live in your Drive now show a real thumbnail on their card and a large preview in the viewer, using Drive's own previews.

Every form answers back

0.63.1 · Aug 24, 2026

  • FixedChoosing I'm a creator on sign-up now also applies when you continue with Google, Slack or Figma. A failed sign-up or login keeps your email, role and invite link instead of resetting the form.
  • FixedTwenty-three quiet forms across the app now confirm success and show what went wrong: settings, flows, products, programs, campaigns, gifts, payouts, applications, the creator profile and portal resubmissions.
  • ImprovedFrom the Kickly onboarding call: hub folders appear in your Drive the moment you create them, the Shopify connect field explains where to find your myshopify domain, tier unlocks say what they mean, and briefing cards only show applicant counts once there are a few.
  • NewShopify connections can now run on a dedicated app per workspace, and the GDPR compliance webhooks are in place for app review.

Briefings with a real spec

0.63.0 · Aug 24, 2026

  • NewThe new-brief form opens full screen and carries the whole spec: the ICP picked from your own profiles, a full script block and the video length. Script and length show on the briefing page and the marketplace card.
  • FixedCover images and brand logos now actually upload; a storage policy silently rejected every one of them before. The brand logo also shows in the workspace switcher now.
  • ImprovedCreator applications ask for country and an optional phone number, show clear messages when a field is missing, and no longer choke on a pasted link without https. The contact form finally says so when a message does not go through.

Creatives with files, ICPs with substance

0.62.2 · Aug 24, 2026

  • NewNew creative now takes its files right away: pick a ratio, attach images or video and the creative lands on the board with its assets attached.
  • NewNew ICP is a full profile form: demographics, goals, pains, barriers, motivations, channels and winning angles, right at creation.
  • NewFill with AI drafts the whole ICP from a name and one-liner, grounded in your store and products. Everything stays editable before you save.

First-customer fixes

0.62.1 · Aug 24, 2026

  • FixedThe workspace domain field now accepts any spelling: https://, www. and capitals are normalized to a bare domain, and a truly invalid one gets a clear message instead of a database error.
  • FixedRe-inviting a teammate now issues a fresh link and a fresh email, also when the earlier invite expired. Failed sends name the real cause instead of blaming the addresses.
  • FixedSwitch account on an invite page now actually signs you out and returns to that invite. The auth callback validates its return path.
  • ImprovedWith AI switched off, the suggestion cards no longer fire doomed requests or eat into the monthly meter, and setup copy promises only what is there.

Team invites that actually invite

0.62.0 · Aug 24, 2026

  • NewInvite your team for real: teammates get a branded email with a join link, valid for 14 days and tied to their address. New workspaces get an invite step right after creation.
  • NewSettings, then Members now shows pending invites with their expiry, and admins can revoke a link at any time.
  • FixedThe invite dialog used to only look like it sent something. It now creates the invite and sends the email.
  • ImprovedSettings pages now use the full width of the screen instead of stopping halfway.

A hero that says what it does

0.61.4 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedThe homepage headline now names the pillars: creator content made, organized, affiliates paid. Partnership ads and creative cost insight carry the line below.
  • FixedThe app window in the hero showed an invented sidebar. It now mirrors the real navigation: the icon rail with Ecomyard AI active, the workspace switcher and the New chat panel.
  • ImprovedThe second question in the hero demo now shows the review loop: which creator content needs feedback or a revision, answered with the review queue and its real statuses.
  • ImprovedThe problem section now wears the brand pun: one founder at a desk in an endless yard, the Ecomyard dashboard glowing on his screen, shot like a scanned seventies photo.

Auth emails in the house style

0.61.3 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewBranded templates for every auth email: confirm signup, invite, magic link, email change and password reset, in the same shell as the rest of Ecomyard's mail.

Docs catch up, email comes clean

0.61.2 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedThe docs site now covers the Drive-first hub, upload tagging with history, and the Monday recap, and no longer promises email through a connector that is not built: flow emails send through Ecomyard's own sender.
  • NewBlog posts share with their own branded card, like the product pages.
  • FixedThe email step in the flow builder wore a Klaviyo badge; it is a plain email step until that connector ships. The closing email field also got a proper screen-reader label.

Audited, again

0.61.1 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedThe mobile scale now covers every last corner: secondary-page intros, the briefings marketplace and three homepage sections that had kept their desktop spacing.
  • FixedTwo claims that outran the product: the Drive post now says exactly when files skip our storage, and the recap no longer mentions an affiliate target that does not exist yet.

Two new reads

0.61.0 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewTwo blog posts: why your files belong in your own Drive, and how the Monday recap turns week-start status questions into four lines in Slack.
  • NewProduct pages share with their own branded card now: green stage, the product's headline in serif.

Say hi on socials

0.60.5 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewInstagram and LinkedIn are live and linked in the footer, and search engines see them as official Ecomyard profiles.

Tighter on the phone

0.60.4 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedThe homepage follows one mobile scale now: smaller, tighter headings, sections closer together, and the two hero buttons side by side, with Book a demo as a proper outline button.

A clean yard for launch

0.60.3 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedAll demo data is gone: the fictional brands, their briefings and the leftover test accounts. The marketplace now greets an empty state honestly and invites the first brand to post.

The company on paper

0.60.2 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewThe legal entity behind Ecomyard is now on the site where it belongs: the terms, the privacy policy, the contact page and the footer name the company behind it and its registration.

Bots hit a wall

0.60.1 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedRate limiting now lives in the database itself, so calling the public endpoints directly hits the same wall as the forms: waitlist, contact and error reporting are capped per IP and in total.
  • FixedFifteen internal cron and trigger functions were technically callable through the API; they are now executable by the database only.

The details a real product has

0.60.0 · Aug 23, 2026

  • FixedThe contact form actually delivers now: messages are stored and mailed to hello@ecomyard.com. They used to confirm and vanish.
  • NewA favicon and app icon (the mark on the brand green tile), a designed 404 page and a calm error page with a retry.
  • ImprovedSearch engines get structured data for the organization and the FAQ, and photos below the fold load lazily.

Analytics, only with a yes

0.59.3 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewVercel Web Analytics, wired behind the cookie banner: the script does not even load until you accept, and joining the waitlist counts as a conversion event. Cookieless and aggregated either way.

Cookies, handled honestly

0.59.2 · Aug 23, 2026

  • NewA cookie banner that actually does something: functional cookies never wait for it, optional analytics only run after an explicit yes, declining is one click, and your choice is stored for 180 days. Change it any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
  • ImprovedThe privacy policy spells out the same story in plain language.

The yard moves

0.59.1 · Aug 23, 2026

  • ImprovedThe closing section is now a living loop: a gentle breeze through the poppies instead of a still photo. Starts and ends on the same frame, so it loops without a seam, keeps the film grain alive and falls back to the photo on slow connections.
