An invited teammate makes their account on the way in

0.156.0 · Sep 10, 2026

  • FixedAny member can make a signup page, not only owners and admins. A member could already open one and change its questions, its link and the programme behind it, so hiding the button that makes a new one only meant asking somebody else to press it.
  • ImprovedAn invite link now opens a page of its own: you are joining this workspace, your name, your password, done. Everybody following an invite is new by definition, so it no longer offers a choice between logging in and signing up, and it no longer drops them on the general signup page to pick an account type and retype the address the invite was sent to.
  • ImprovedThe address is shown locked rather than as a box. An invite only works from the address it was sent to, so a box somebody can change was a way to end up with an account that cannot accept the invite it was made for. Logging in stays one line down, for the rare teammate who already has an account.

A signup page says what is in it for them

0.155.0 · Sep 10, 2026

  • NewWhat they get: up to six lines above the questions, in your own words. Commission, free products, your content in their ads, a partnership rather than one post, whatever the deal actually is. Free text and not a template, because no list of ours knows whether you pay fifteen percent or twenty. One tap fills a line from a suggestion and you edit every word of it.
  • ImprovedUntil now a signup page only asked. The headline and the intro carried the whole pitch, and everything under them was questions. This is the part a creator scans before deciding whether to start.

Your page, your mark, fewer screens

0.154.0 · Sep 10, 2026

  • NewA signup page can carry its own logo. Leave it empty and it uses your workspace logo, so nothing changes for the pages you already have. A page for one persona can now run under its own mark without touching the settings every other page reads.
  • ImprovedQuestions that belong together are asked together. Your name and email are one screen, your socials one, and each group of the questions you picked is one more. A page asking everything went from nineteen screens to eight.
  • NewUnder the form: already have an account, sign in here. A creator who applied to another brand through Ecomyard signs in and half of this is already filled in.
  • ImprovedThe logo sits on the page itself instead of in a white card. A shadow does the separating, so a light mark reads on a light photo and a dark one on a dark photo, without a box at the top of a page whose point is that it looks like your brand.
  • ImprovedEvery page has a backdrop now. Upload a banner and it is yours; leave it empty and the page brings a soft one of its own, so the questions always sit on glass over something rather than on a white box. The Creator program label above the headline is gone: your headline already says what this is.

The signup page is glass now

0.153.0 · Sep 10, 2026

  • ImprovedYour banner is the whole page instead of a strip behind the headline, and the questions sit on a frosted pane over it. A page without a banner gets a lit field of its own, so the pane still reads as a pane. Your logo keeps a light ground under it on a photo and in the dark theme, because a mark drawn in dark ink disappears on both.
  • NewEvery question you type an answer into shows an example of one. A follower count shows a number, a portfolio shows a link, why they fit shows the first line of a real answer, and a postcode shows the space in it. An empty box under a question is where most wrong answers come from, and thirteen of the fifteen fields were empty boxes. The two that pick from a list needed none.
  • ImprovedThe form is built for a phone. Continue and Back are thumb sized, so are the country rows and the size chips, the country list has a search box once there are more than eight, the header is tighter on a phone, and the shipping questions offer what the phone already knows. The first screen no longer opens the keyboard before anybody has read who they are applying to.
  • FixedPowered by Ecomyard is a link now, on the signup page and in the creator portal. It opens in a new tab, because whoever clicks it is halfway through the questions.

What you ask is what you know

0.152.0 · Sep 9, 2026

  • NewA signup page now asks from a list of profile fields instead of questions you type: YouTube, follower counts, city, language, phone, portfolio, niches, why they fit, how they heard about you, and a shipping address with a size. Every one of them is a column on the affiliate, so an answer given at signup is on their profile afterwards. Until now everything beyond name, email, handle and country was written into a blob that nothing ever read again: you could ask a creator for their address, see it once in the inbox, and never find it again.
  • NewA page can be aimed at several personas at once, and at a set of countries picked from the flag list. A switch decides whether those countries only record who the page was for or actually turn everyone else away. A persona's own screen lists every page recruiting for it.
  • FixedA pasted YouTube link is stored as the channel, not as the word https. An answer longer than the database takes is refused with a sentence instead of quietly clipped, and the box now stops at that length while you type. Pictures on a page can no longer be planted from another workspace, the way questions and personas already could not.
  • NewEverything the creator answered is on their profile, under From their application, and on the application in the inbox. A follower count reads as 12K the way it does in Discover, a country as its flag and its name, and why they fit as the paragraph they wrote instead of one clipped line.
  • ImprovedThe builder is four cards in the order you think: who it is for, what it looks like, what it asks, what happens after. Every question you tick shows itself the way the creator will read it, sentence and box, instead of a line saying Short answer. The link is checked for collisions while you type. The banner finally says what it is for, and the reorder arrows are gone: the order is the same on every page, so a creator filling in two of yours meets the same form twice.

Home answers what to do today

0.151.0 · Sep 9, 2026

  • ImprovedHome greets you by name, and colour does the sorting. Every row in Waiting on you wears the mark and the tint of what it is, the board keeps the colours each column already has there, the four cards carry the icon of what they measure, and an event about a person shows that person rather than an icon for the category they fall into.
  • NewWaiting on you, at the top of Home: applications nobody has answered, deliveries waiting for review, creatives in review, approved creatives nobody has published, commissions held until the order ships, affiliates owed money, and email that could not be delivered. Only what is actually waiting is listed, so a line on this list always means something to do.
  • NewWhere the work stands on the board, per column, and what happened lately, the same events the bell holds. Home used to be four numbers about the last thirty days, three of which read zero on a workspace that had made fifteen creatives.
  • FixedThe numbers on Home are counted in the database instead of read out and added up here. Supabase stops handing over rows at a thousand and says nothing about it, so a store with any volume was shown the revenue of the oldest thousand orders in the window as the revenue of the window. The same went for the board totals.
  • ImprovedA card that cannot move yet says what would make it move. Revenue at zero names the next missing link in the chain, whether that is Shopify, a programme or an affiliate, and takes you there. Launched at zero says approved work is waiting. No affiliates says invite your first. A zero on its own looks like a measurement, and it was not.
  • ImprovedAds live is now Launched, counted over the period you are looking at instead of over all time. Nothing pushes to Meta: the stamp is put on by whoever presses Launched, so the old label said something the product does not do, and a running total said nothing about the week you are in.
  • ImprovedCreative cost and Briefings complete are off the top row, replaced by launched and affiliates. Both of the old ones could only ever read zero: cost is typed in by hand and the card above already asks for it, and briefings complete counts something most workspaces have none of. The two that replaced them are facts about right now, so they carry no trend badge and no line.
  • ImprovedThe panel beside Home holds the pages the rail cannot reach: fill the sheet, applications, signup pages, programs, payouts and products. Everywhere else that column lists the pages inside a section, and Home is one page, so it stood empty.
  • ImprovedHome no longer repeats your connections in the sidebar. Connections has its own place in the rail with the same list in it, and the copy turned the one screen everybody lands on into a settings menu.

Signup pages you write yourself

0.150.0 · Sep 9, 2026

  • NewSignup pages, under Affiliates. Your general page at ecomyard.com/apply/your-brand is now something you can write yourself: your headline, your intro, a background, pictures and your own questions. Version 0.9.0 shipped that page with the words standard branding for now, customizable later, and later has taken until today.
  • NewA page of its own for any programme or persona. The builder that only personas had is now on all three, and every page you have is on one screen with its link, how many applied through it and where they land.
  • NewThe page decides the deal. Somebody who applies through a programme's page joins that programme when you approve them, on its commission and its discount code, instead of always landing in your oldest active one. The Applications screen says which one before you press Approve.
  • NewYour terms, and approving automatically. Switch on a terms link and the last screen is a tick nobody can skip, kept on the application as it was agreed. Switch on automatic approval and everyone who applies becomes an affiliate straight away, with a code and a welcome email. A page that approves by itself accepts fewer applications per hour, because each one becomes a live discount code with nobody looking.
  • ImprovedYour logo is on the signup page, the page has a title of its own when it is shared, and the general page asks for Instagram or TikTok and where somebody is, instead of one free-text handle. The answer to why you would be a great fit is finally visible on the Applications screen: it was collected for a year and shown nowhere.
  • FixedThree database functions behind the persona signup form existed only in production and in no migration, so rebuilding the database produced a form that failed on send. They are written down now.

Your affiliates, in your voice

0.149.0 · Sep 9, 2026

  • NewKlaviyo connects. Every moment in an affiliate's life reaches your Klaviyo account as a named event: joined, commission earned, order refunded or partly refunded, gift sent, payout paid, tier reached, payout address changed. The names are the same for every workspace, with the code, tier, portal link and the mail text on each event, so a flow built once works everywhere. Connect through OAuth on the Klaviyo page, or paste a private API key if installing an app is not on the table.
  • NewNotifications, under Affiliates. Every mail Ecomyard can send an affiliate on one page, and per mail the choice of who sends it: Ecomyard, your own Klaviyo flow, or nobody. Preview shows the exact mail with your brand name in it. Until now every one of these went out in Ecomyard's words and none could be switched off. The one that says a payout address was changed stays on: it is how a creator notices a hijacked portal link.
  • NewTwo moments that were never a mail to the creator are now: a payout that reached them, and a tier they moved up to. The team already saw both; the person it happened to did not hear.
  • FixedCampaigns no longer says it sends SMS. The channel was withdrawn a release ago and the page still offered a channel menu with one option in it.
  • FixedQueued affiliate mail is drained again whether or not a flow happens to be running. Since 0.148.0 the delivery ping only looked at flow steps, so a welcome mail with a creator's code could wait until some unrelated flow woke it.

Nothing in the affiliate suite pretends any more

0.148.0 · Sep 9, 2026

  • NewTier thresholds promote. Set a referral threshold on a tier and an affiliate who passes it moves up the moment a commission is approved, with their commission rate following, and the bell says so. The threshold has been editable since the beginning and nothing ever read it, so every ladder a brand designed was decoration.
  • NewWebhook steps in a flow actually fire. They post the affiliate to your endpoint over https with a short deadline, and the step records the status it got back. They used to queue and sit there until they aged out.
  • FixedGift redemption is counted. The redeemed count and value were in the schema from the start and nothing ever wrote to them, so Gift redemption read 0% for every workspace forever. Gifts already claimed are counted in too.
  • FixedImporting creators from a sheet now gives each one a program, a code your Shopify store has actually heard of, and a welcome email. The import used to insert people directly, so the roster showed a code that did nothing at checkout.
  • ImprovedSMS is no longer offered anywhere, in campaigns or in flows, because nothing can send it. A flow that already holds an SMS step still shows it, with a line saying it will not send. Store credit is off the payout methods for the same reason: it booked a payout as paid and issued no gift card.
  • ImprovedThe four quick rules on Automations are gone. They were switches nothing read. The flows on the same page are real and stay.
  • FixedEcomyard AI no longer receives invented numbers. A per-country week-over-week movement was a hash of the country code and a six-month revenue trend was modelled from today's total; both reached the assistant. A missing field beats a number nobody measured.

Moving the folder moves everything

0.147.1 · Sep 9, 2026

  • FixedMoving your Drive folder now moves every future upload with it. Products and library folders that already had a folder kept writing into the old one, so a workspace moving to a shared drive carried on filling the personal Drive it was trying to leave.
  • FixedReconnecting Google Drive keeps the folder you chose. It used to be forgotten, and the next upload started a fresh tree in the reconnecting person's own Drive.
  • FixedChoosing the same folder again changes nothing but its name, instead of scattering a second set of Creatives and Content library folders through a tree that already has them.

Your Drive, arranged

0.147.0 · Sep 9, 2026

  • NewPoint Ecomyard at a folder you already have, including one in a shared drive, on the Google Drive connection page. Until now everything landed in a folder in the Drive of whoever connected the account, which means the whole library walks out with that person. Ecomyard cannot create a shared drive for you: that needs Google's full Drive permission and the paid audit behind it, and shared drives only exist on Workspace accounts. Make one yourself and hand it over here.
  • ImprovedFiles are filed instead of dumped. A creative's files go to Creatives and then the product they sell, so everything for one product sits together; the content library keeps its own folders under Content library. Everything from the board used to land loose in the root folder.

Payouts that cannot pay twice

0.146.1 · Sep 9, 2026

  • FixedA payout PayPal never answered is left as processing instead of being handed back. Returning the balance on a timeout would have put the creator back in the ready-to-pay list while PayPal may already have sent the money, and the next click would have paid them twice. The message names the batch to look up in PayPal.
  • FixedMark paid is gone from PayPal payouts. Writing paid on one PayPal was still deciding put it beyond the webhook, so a later refusal would never have returned the balance. A PayPal payout can now only be closed as failed by hand, through the same bookkeeping the webhook uses.
  • FixedPayPal cannot be connected without a webhook ID any more. Without one a payout could be sent and never settle, with the balance already gone from pending.
  • FixedA sandbox connection warns you on the payouts screen itself, where the Pay out buttons are, not only on the page where PayPal was connected. Nobody reads the connection page on the day they pay people. Only an owner or admin can connect PayPal, checked before anything reaches PayPal.
  • FixedA creator still set to Trolley can no longer be paid out, instead of being booked as paid without anything being sent. Open payouts stops counting failed payouts, and the dashboard calls a failed payout failed instead of queued.

PayPal actually pays

0.146.0 · Sep 9, 2026

  • NewPayPal payouts move real money. Connect your own PayPal app under Payout methods and Pay out sends the commission to the creator's PayPal address. Until now Connect stored a name and Pay out only wrote a row, so a payout that said paid had never been sent.
  • NewA payout to PayPal sits at processing until PayPal reports on it, then turns paid. If PayPal refuses it, the balance goes straight back to the creator and the payout reads as failed, so nobody is owed money that nothing tracks.
  • ImprovedConnecting PayPal checks the credentials with PayPal before saving them, so a wrong secret is caught while you are typing it and not at your first payout. The secret is stored the way every other integration's is: read only by the server, never shown again, never sent to the browser.

Trolley off the menu

0.145.2 · Sep 9, 2026

  • FixedTrolley is no longer offered as a payout method, in the workspace or in the creator portal. Nothing was ever built behind it, so it promised a bank transfer that could not happen. Anyone already set to it keeps reading correctly, and a workspace that had connected it still sees and can disconnect it.

The launch card on one screen

0.145.1 · Sep 9, 2026

  • ImprovedThe launch card sits in two columns, the creative and its facts on the left, the form on the right, so the whole ad fits on one screen instead of a scroll. Every value sits in a bordered field with its copy button inside, the way it will look in Ads Manager.

The launch card in Meta's order

0.145.0 · Sep 8, 2026

  • ImprovedThe launch card lays its fields out the way the ad editor does: ad name, the creative, primary text, headline, description, call to action and website URL. The three text fields are on the card before anything is written, so the buyer sees what goes where.
  • ImprovedFiles on the launch card show as previews at their own placement, a 9:16 beside a 4:5, with Open in Google Drive or Download under each. Two identical download buttons said nothing about which file was which.

Files that say what they are

0.144.1 · Sep 7, 2026

  • FixedAdd link on the Files tab now names what it attaches. A Google Drive link to a file Ecomyard put there itself becomes that file, with its name and preview from Drive; any other link, including a file elsewhere in your Drive, is kept as a link named after its address and shows on the board as one. Both used to land as a nameless row called Asset, with no preview and no pill.
  • ImprovedUploads go to your workspace's Google Drive and nowhere else: from the Files tab, from New creative and from Fill the sheet. Ecomyard keeps no copy of your files; without Drive connected the upload says so instead of storing one. A large video no longer fails on a storage size limit, and when an upload does fail the message says why.
  • FixedEach file carries its own placement: an upload reads it off the pixels, so a 1080 by 1350 file is a 4:5, a Drive link asks Drive, and the chip on the row changes it. The preview follows the selected file and its ratio: a 9:16 as a Reel, a 4:5 or a 1:1 as a feed post. Two statics used to land as 9:16 and stretch into the same frame.
  • FixedA fresh upload shows on the card and in the preview right away, instead of after a reload.
  • FixedWrite the copy tells you when Anthropic rejects the API key, instead of asking you to try again.

Approved means ready to launch

0.144.0 · Sep 6, 2026

  • ImprovedApproving a creative is the hand-off. It lands in Launch, and the Slack message names your media buyer with a button straight to the queue. The old Hand off button moved creatives to Running before anybody had built an ad, and its Slack link opened the whole board.
  • ImprovedLaunched in the Launch deck now moves the creative to Running. That click is the moment the ad exists, so the status follows it and nothing else does.
  • NewMedia buyer under Settings, General: the workspace member named when a creative is approved. Anyone on the team can still launch.
  • FixedThe Ads Manager column shows Launch for approved creatives and Live with the date once the buyer is done, and the board's toolbar counts what is waiting.

The preview is the ad

0.143.0 · Sep 6, 2026

  • ImprovedThe Files tab shows the creative as the Reels ad it will be: your workspace logo as the profile picture, your handle next to it, the lead product in the shop card, the concept as the caption and the buttons down the right. The grey bands with pixel counts are gone; what the interface covers is now something you see.

Files on the board, as files

0.142.1 · Sep 6, 2026

  • ImprovedThe Assets column shows each attached file as a pill with its name and kind, the way a sheet shows a Drive link, with the Drive mark on files that live there. Two booleans used to say a 9:16 or a 4:5 existed and nothing about which file that was.
  • FixedClicking a file opens the creative on its Files tab, where the preview, the download and the Drive link are. It used to open on Details and leave you to find the files yourself.

Edit the board where you read it

0.142.0 · Sep 6, 2026

  • NewICP, funnel stage, landing page, format and concept change in place on the table. The value is the trigger and the choices are the menu, the way status already worked, so correcting one word no longer means opening the creative.
  • NewThe 9:16 and 4:5 marks in the Assets column open the file. A format the creative does not have yet opens its files panel instead, which is where you would add it.
  • ImprovedFormat offers the formats already on the board, plus a line to type a new one. Concept is a text box: Enter saves, Escape puts it back, and clearing it clears the cell.
  • ImprovedThe ICP menu shows each persona's face beside the name, on one line in a wider list. Nine names wrapping over three lines each read as a paragraph, and nobody scans a paragraph for a name.

A team member's photo on the board

0.141.1 · Sep 6, 2026

  • FixedA contributor who is also a workspace member showed as a coloured initial while their photo sat in the header. The person row on the board can now be linked to the account behind it, and the board falls back to the account photo when the person never set one of their own.
  • FixedThe contributor picker showed initials even for people who do have a photo.

Connections you can switch

0.141.0 · Sep 5, 2026

  • ImprovedConnections is a grid of cards instead of a list of rows that each led somewhere else. The state is on the card and the state is the control: a switch reads on when a tool is connected and turns it off in place, after one question about what stops.
  • NewFilter by all, connected or not connected, with counts. Tools grouped by what they do: storage and design, commerce and advertising, communication and AI.
  • ImprovedRemove sits next to Details on every connected card, so disconnecting no longer means opening the tool first. Switching on starts the connection where that takes one click, and opens the page where it needs a store domain or a token first.

The launch card writes the ad copy

0.140.0 · Sep 4, 2026

  • NewWrite the copy on a launch card hands back three complete sets of primary text, headline and description, in the order Meta asks for them, each with its own copy button. Written from the persona's own barriers and hooks, not from the category.
  • NewThree variants rather than one suggestion, on different angles, because picking is faster than editing and a single suggestion gets edited every time.
  • ImprovedA creative with no persona is refused rather than answered. Copy written from nothing is exactly the writing this product exists to stop producing, and it would cost a credit to make. The card says so and points at where to set one.

Launch, the media buyer's half of the screen

0.139.0 · Sep 4, 2026

  • NewA new section for the person who actually builds the ads. Everything approved and not yet in Ads Manager waits there, and Start launching ads hands them over one at a time with a bar at the top saying how many are left.
  • NewEach card carries the file in every format it exists in, as separate downloads, so a static set does not arrive as one thing to unpack. The ad name and the landing page each have a copy button.
  • NewThe ad name is built from your own naming convention, set once under Settings, General. A field with nothing behind it drops out along with its separator, so a creative with no creator does not read as a name with a hole in it.
  • NewLaunched stamps the creative and takes it out of the queue. It is a stamp rather than a status change, because a buyer saying it is in Ads Manager and a strategist saying it is live are two different claims.

One way in, not two

0.138.1 · Sep 4, 2026

  • FixedThe block asking for the missing files still stood above the board next to the button that asks everything else, so the same interruption happened twice and the louder half was the one you learn to scroll past. Where the files are is a question now, and it is the first card in the deck.

Fill the sheet

0.138.0 · Sep 4, 2026

  • NewA button in the board toolbar counts the cells that are still empty and asks about them, one question per card. A question covers everything it applies to, so picking a persona once closes it on all of them. Answering the whole board used to mean opening it forty three times.
  • NewHome shows how full the sheet is, with a way straight into the questions.
  • ImprovedThe two blocks above the board are gone. What is missing is worth a button, not a banner the width of the page that you learn to scroll past.
  • ImprovedA column with nothing to pick is not asked about. With no offers written the deck says so and points at where to write one, and those cells stay out of the count until they can be answered, so the bar can actually reach the end.
  • NewThe concept question is the one with nothing to pick from, so Ecomyard reads the board and proposes the groups. Keep a group and it names every creative in it; disagree and you name them yourself. One credit for the whole board, and nothing is written until you press keep.

The model picker says Ecomyard underneath too

0.137.1 · Sep 4, 2026

  • ImprovedThe two AI tiers were named after the old codename in the code behind the picker. They are ecomyard-1 and ecomyard-1-pro now. Nothing changes on screen: the picker already read Ecomyard 1 and Ecomyard 1 Pro.
  • FixedA tab left open from before the change still asks for the old name, and still gets the tier it asked for instead of quietly dropping to the everyday one.

Ecomyard AI lives at /ai

0.137.0 · Sep 4, 2026

  • FixedThe assistant sat at a URL carrying the product's old name. It is at /ai now. Anything already shared or bookmarked redirects there, so no link breaks.

Both dashboards load again

0.136.1 · Sep 4, 2026

  • FixedHome, the affiliate dashboard and both analytics pages showed Something broke on our side. A KPI card took a number and a function that writes it, and every page holding one runs on the server, so the function had to cross into the browser. React refuses that. The number arrives already written out now, which cannot fail the same way.
