Flows that fail say so

0.208.0 · Sep 26, 2026

  • NewA Slack, email or webhook step that fails to deliver now shows it: a red count on the step and on the flow in your list, the reason in the step's panel, and a notice in the bell, which also reaches your team's email and Slack alerts. At most once a day per step, so a step that fails on every run does not flood you.
  • FixedSaving a flow is checked on the server too, not only in the builder. A step that points nowhere, a loop, or a live flow with an unfinished step is refused, and the step it is about opens.
  • FixedA flow can't go live with a Slack step in a channel the Ecomyard app isn't in. It used to save fine and then fail on every run; now it names the channel and asks you to invite the app or pick another.
  • FixedInternal alerts fill {{first_name}}, {{name}}, {{tier}} and {{code}} like email and Slack steps do, and the alert text has the same Insert chips.
  • ImprovedAn email step on Affiliate joined or Payout paid warns that the Welcome or Payout paid mail already goes out on that trigger, so the affiliate would get two, with a link to switch the automatic one off.

The homepage shows the product as it runs

0.207.6 · Sep 25, 2026

  • ImprovedThe flow builder on the homepage is the real one now, at the full width of the section, instead of a small drawing of it. Click a step to open its settings, add steps from the palette or the + points, and zoom with the controls in the corner. Scrolling past it scrolls the page, and nothing is saved: Save flow says so.
  • ImprovedThe Claude tab beside it is rebuilt at the same size: Claude on one side asking for a brief, Ecomyard on the other with the connection and its activity list, the read only refusal included, and the write access switch that lifts it. Each tab carries its icon, Claude's own logo on its tab.
  • FixedSwitching between the two tabs made everything below them jump. Both are the same height now. The tool counts under Claude were wrong too: they said 8 read and 4 write tools when there are 10 and 5, and they are counted from the tools themselves now.

The affiliate dashboard skips work nobody sees

0.207.5 · Sep 25, 2026

  • ImprovedThe affiliate dashboard stopped calculating the four small trend lines its KPI cards drew before 0.204.0. Nothing has shown them since, so every load did that work for nothing.

Zoomed-in flows stay sharp

0.207.4 · Sep 25, 2026

  • FixedZooming into a flow blurred its cards, because the canvas stretched a picture of them drawn at 100%. They are drawn again at the size you zoom to as soon as the canvas stops moving, so text stays sharp at 200%.
  • ImprovedThe + and − buttons keep the top of a flow where it is when it is on screen, so zooming into a short flow no longer pushes the trigger off the top and leaves an empty canvas. A pinch or Ctrl and scroll still zooms around your cursor.

The flow builder says where you are

0.207.3 · Sep 25, 2026

  • FixedThe top bar in the flow builder read "Ecomyard" instead of the page it belongs to. It says Automations now.

A way out of the flow builder

0.207.2 · Sep 25, 2026

  • FixedThe flow builder had no obvious way out once the sidebar made room for the canvas. An Exit button now sits next to Save flow. With unsaved changes it asks first: keep editing, leave without saving, or save and leave. The same question comes up for any other link you click while changes are unsaved, and the browser asks before you close or reload the tab.
  • FixedThe sidebar toggle did nothing in the flow builder. The sidebar now starts folded away there and the toggle opens it, without changing how it is set on the rest of the app.

A refused store credit payout says so

0.207.1 · Sep 25, 2026

  • FixedPaying an affiliate in store credit reported success even when nothing was booked, for instance when there was nothing left to pay or your role could not pay out. It now says which: "There is nothing to pay out" or "You don't have access to pay out", the same as PayPal payouts already did.

Every KPI card opens its own page

0.207.0 · Sep 25, 2026

  • NewThe cards on Analytics, Home and Performance open a page of their own now, like the Creators dashboard's: the number against the period before, a chart of both periods, breakdowns and every row behind it, with Export CSV on the page and behind the three dots on each card.
  • NewSafe-link clicks break down by affiliate and by source: the ad network when the link says so, the site that linked to it, or direct. Conversion and earnings per click list every affiliate with their clicks, orders and revenue. Briefs delivered, creatives produced, launched and creative spend break down by format, funnel stage and ICP. New affiliates and tagged posts list every affiliate and post, each post linking to the platform it is on.
  • ImprovedOn Analytics the chart has tabs of its own for switching metric, so the cards above it can open their pages like every other KPI card.

The flow canvas moves like a canvas

0.206.0 · Sep 25, 2026

  • ImprovedDrag anywhere to move around a flow, on a card as well: a click still opens the card, a drag moves the view. It used to move only as far as the flow overflowed the screen, so a short flow, or any flow zoomed out, could not be dragged at all.
  • ImprovedZooming scales the whole flow, dot grid included, and zooms toward what you are looking at. Pinch or hold Ctrl or Cmd while scrolling to zoom around your cursor, scroll with two fingers or the wheel to pan, click the percentage to go back to 100%, and use the new button under the zoom controls to fit the whole flow on screen.
  • FixedA one-day delay read "Wait 1 days" on its card. It reads "Wait 1 day" now.

A KPI card's page says where you are

0.205.1 · Sep 25, 2026

  • FixedThe page a Creators dashboard card opens showed "Ecomyard" in the top bar instead of the page it belongs to. It says Dashboard now, like the dashboard it was opened from.

Every dashboard number opens into its own page

0.205.0 · Sep 25, 2026

  • NewClick a KPI card on the Creators dashboard to open its page: revenue driven, referrals, active affiliates or commission paid, on the range you were looking at. It shows the number against the period before, a chart of the two periods, breakdowns by affiliate, country and tier, and every order, affiliate or payout behind it.
  • NewExport CSV, on each of those pages and in a new menu behind the three dots on each card, downloads every row behind the number for that range. Amounts go out as plain numbers and dates as timestamps, so a spreadsheet sorts and adds them up without cleaning.
  • ImprovedThe KPI cards on Analytics sit four across again from laptop width up, instead of two wide cards per row.

KPI cards show what is behind each number

0.204.0 · Sep 25, 2026

  • ImprovedThe KPI cards on both dashboards, Analytics and Performance have a new layout: the title on top, the number large, and under the trend two figures that explain it. Revenue shows the average order and your top market, commission shows how many payouts and the average one, conversion shows the orders and clicks it is made of.
  • ImprovedThe trend badge now says what it compares against, like "vs the 30 days before", instead of "vs prev period". When the period before had nothing to compare with, the card says so instead of leaving the badge off without a word.
  • ImprovedThe small trend line under each number is gone. Every one of these pages already draws the same window as a full chart right under the cards, where it can actually be read.

Slack steps post where they can, and every step starts written

0.203.0 · Sep 25, 2026

  • NewA Slack step picks its channel from the channels the Ecomyard app is in, so it can no longer point at one it can't post to. A channel saved earlier that the app can't reach is flagged with how to fix it, and without a Slack connection the step links straight to connecting it.
  • NewMerge fields are buttons now. Click First name, Full name, Tier or Code under an email or Slack message and it lands where your cursor is. Application received has no affiliate yet, so it shows none.
  • NewNew Slack and email steps start with a message written for the flow's trigger, ready to send or edit. Switching the trigger swaps any text you haven't touched and leaves your own words alone.
  • ImprovedA flow can't go live while a Slack step has no channel or no message. Saving it as Live opens that step instead of letting it fail quietly on the first run.
  • ImprovedThe flow builder gives the canvas the whole screen: the app sidebar steps aside, and the settings panel opens only when you select a step.
  • FixedThe email step said it sends through Klaviyo. It sends from Ecomyard, to the affiliate's email address, and now says so.

Rejecting an application now needs the same access as approving

0.202.1 · Sep 25, 2026

  • FixedReject checked only workspace membership, while approve already required the manage creators capability. Any member could reject an application regardless of their role. Reject and Approve now both need it, and neither button shows for someone who doesn't have it.

Claude can draft an automation flow

0.202.0 · Sep 25, 2026

  • NewTwo new read tools for your Claude/MCP connection: list_flows and get_flow. And a fifth write tool, create_flow: give it a trigger and an ordered list of steps and it builds the flow, always as a draft that will not run until you switch it to Live under Automations.

The homepage shows the flow builder and the MCP connection

0.201.0 · Sep 24, 2026

  • NewA new homepage section under the hero: a tab for the flow builder exactly as it runs in the product, and a tab for the Claude/MCP connection, showing a real tool-call log with read and write calls tagged.

Rejecting an application asks why

0.200.0 · Sep 24, 2026

  • NewReject now opens a dialog asking for a reason: not a niche fit, audience too small, engagement too low, incomplete application, content style mismatch, category already full, or other. Approve is unchanged.
  • NewAnalytics carries a new Rejection reasons card: a horizontal bar per reason, most common first, so the team can see what's actually turning applicants away at the end of the month.

Homepage leads with the order, not just the content

0.199.0 · Sep 24, 2026

  • ImprovedThe homepage now opens with what actually runs the program: safe links and codes on real Shopify orders, commission held until fulfillment, paid out from one workspace. The founder-photo pain-point section is replaced by six concrete facts about how that attribution works.
  • ImprovedFeatures, comparison, numbers and FAQ were rewritten to match: no more 'the content engine for Shopify brands,' no early-access pricing language, and the AI-questions marquee is gone in favor of the four things the workspace actually runs day to day.

Real billing: Stripe checkout

0.198.0 · Sep 23, 2026

  • NewSwitching to Starter, Growth or Scale under Settings, Billing now opens a secure Stripe checkout instead of applying for free. Moving between two paid plans applies right away and prorates the difference onto your next invoice; no new checkout needed.
  • NewPayment methods now links out to Stripe's own portal to update your card, and Invoices lists every real invoice with a download link, once a paid plan is active.

Contact form checks for a person

0.197.1 · Sep 23, 2026

  • FixedThe public contact form was taking pure link-spam straight into the inbox. It now carries the same reCAPTCHA check the sign-up form already uses; off entirely on a preview deploy with no key configured, same as there.

Real ROAS: gifting at cost, not retail

0.197.0 · Sep 23, 2026

  • NewAnalytics gained Real ROAS: revenue against what a period actually cost, commission released or paid plus gifting at cost. Gifting cost used to be invisible to it entirely; a gift's cost is now its product cost plus a flat shipping cost you set once under Settings, Affiliates, Gift cost, struck the moment a gift is claimed so a closed period's number never moves later. Flagged as partial when a gifted product had no cost price set.
  • ImprovedGifting now shows Cost redeemed next to Value redeemed, campaign by campaign and as a total: what redeeming a gift actually cost, not the retail price of the product sent.

Draft via Claude picks nothing on its own

0.196.0 · Sep 23, 2026

  • ImprovedDraft via Claude no longer hands Claude a vague 'help me pick one': it now opens a small form first: persona, funnel stage, script length and script type (voice-over, talking head, b-roll only, UGC style, founder story, podcast clip). The prompt below it updates as you choose, so the persona and market in the brief are always the ones you picked, never a guess.

Draft via Claude

0.195.0 · Sep 23, 2026

  • NewBriefs gained Draft via Claude: a button next to New brief that copies a starter prompt for your own connected Claude, so it can look through your personas and create the brief here directly. Not connected yet, or connected read only? The same button says which, and links straight to fixing it.
  • ImprovedA brief or persona that Claude creates through your workspace's MCP connection now carries a link back to itself, so Claude can hand you a one-click url straight to what it just made instead of just an id.

Launches, one bar per period

0.194.1 · Sep 23, 2026

  • NewHome gained a bar chart: Launches per period, the same window the cards above it already carry, drawn as one bar per slice instead of a line. A handful of periods connected by a line implies values in between that were never measured; a bar makes no such claim. Hover a bar for its exact count.

Home reads its own numbers straight

0.194.0 · Sep 23, 2026

  • NewHome gained a fourth card: Creative spend, the cost of everything made in the window. It was here before and got pulled for reading zero on every workspace, because nothing asked for the cost; now that Fill the sheet does, it is back, with a hint for a window that genuinely has not answered yet instead of a bare zero. On the board now opens with one bar for the whole board's shape before the per-stage list, coloured to match the stages underneath it.
  • FixedThe line under Active affiliates on the Creators dashboard used to count referral events per day; the number beside it counts affiliates. Two referrals from the same person on the same day inflated the line past what the headline claimed. The line counts people now, the same as the number.

Analytics you can click into

0.193.0 · Sep 23, 2026

  • ImprovedThe four numbers at the top of Analytics are a switcher now: click clicks, orders, conversion or earnings per click and the chart below becomes that metric, current period solid over the previous period as a ghost line. The chart itself sizes its own buckets to the window, a day at a time under a month, a week under four, a month beyond that, instead of the same twelve slices for every range.
  • ImprovedThe click-to-order funnel now names the conversion between each step, not just the totals. Commission economics reads held, released and voided as one proportional bar before the euro amounts. Per affiliate carries a bar behind each name sized to its own revenue, so the ranking reads before a single number does.

Launch is a board now

0.192.0 · Sep 23, 2026

  • ImprovedLaunch turned into the content board pointed at the launch queue: the same table, board and gallery, the same filters, sort and saved views, preset to everything approved and not yet in Ads Manager. Start launching ads still hands the queue over one creative at a time with the file, the name and the link ready to copy, and every way out of that flow lands back on the table.

Views you can keep

0.191.0 · Sep 23, 2026

  • NewThe board filters like a query now: Where field, operator, value, chained with And, over everything a creative carries. Sort got its own menu next to it. And the state you build is worth keeping: Save as new view stores the mode, filters, sort, grouping and column order under a name, for yourself or for the whole workspace, and the view menu serves them back with one click.

One tint for every mark

0.190.1 · Sep 23, 2026

  • ImprovedHome, the notification feed and every stat card wear one icon tint now, the brand's own, instead of a different pastel per kind. Color still means something where it carries information: the board's stage dots, a delta going the wrong way, a failed state.

The program gets its rulebook

0.190.0 · Sep 23, 2026

  • NewSettings grew an Affiliates page: the advanced knobs of the program in one place. Revenue calculation chooses what commission is charged on (tax and shipping in or out of the base). Self referral blocking zeroes the commission when the customer is the affiliate, by email or by the address their portal was last opened from, and flags the event so the dossier says why. Paid search ad protection reads the click itself: a share link arriving with a gclid, msclkid or paid utm marker flags the order, and blocking zeroes it too.
  • NewAttributed orders are tagged inside Shopify: Ecomyard Referral on a normal one, Ecomyard Self Referral on a blocked one, so your Shopify order list says where an order came from without opening Ecomyard. Stores connected before this need one reconnect under Connections to grant the tag permission; everything else keeps working without it.
  • FixedThe counter-read caught the sharp edges before they shipped: a refund on a tax-inclusive base now claws back everything (the ledger keeps one net footing and scales the rest), a blocked self purchase no longer climbs the tier ladder, the paid-search check only trusts the affiliate's own recent clicks, and a flagged order says why it paid nothing, on the dossier and in commission review.
