Persona traits became a list you edit, not a form you type into

0.99.1 · Aug 29, 2026

  • ImprovedThe Traits tab and the new ICP form dropped their six raw text boxes. Traits now use the same language as the product picker: pills with counts to pick a list, rows you edit in place and remove with one click, and one place to add the next item. Enter adds and keeps you typing.
  • FixedLong trait items wrap and grow with the window instead of clipping, on a phone as well as a desktop.

A format plan per persona, scored against the board

0.99.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • NewEvery ICP can carry a format plan: which content formats to make for this buyer, how many of each, at which funnel stage, and why that format fits. The AI plans it from the saved research after you say what you want to test, and nothing is saved until you have read it.
  • NewFormats double as board labels, so the plan scores itself: label a creative Talking head for this persona and the plan ticks to 1 of 4 made, with no bookkeeping.
  • NewA plan row becomes a complete brief in one click, carrying its script outline and opening hooks with it, so the creator gets the whole assignment and not a title.

The edit window grew tabs, and linked products stopped being a wall

0.98.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • ImprovedEditing a persona is now three tabs in one window: Profile, Traits and Products. Each view is one screen instead of one endless scroll, and saving always carries every tab, not just the one you are looking at.
  • ImprovedLinked products live in the same paged list as the rest of the catalogue, behind a Linked filter with a count. Twenty linked products used to mean twenty chips stacked above the list; now it is a number, a few stacked thumbnails, and one list with one pagination.

The edit window fits itself

0.97.1 · Aug 29, 2026

  • FixedThe edit window's right column was running off the edge, clipping the angles, the channels and the product picker. The layout is now a real two-column grid that cannot overflow, and it stacks to one column on a phone.

Editing opens in the middle, and products get a real picker

0.97.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • ImprovedEdit profile opens as a centred window with room for two columns, instead of a full form squeezed into a side panel.
  • NewLinking products is a picker now: search by name or SKU, six per page, and what you picked stays pinned at the top with its photo, so a choice from three pages back never goes out of sight. The wall of thirty-six checkboxes is gone.

Sources fold shut and go to the article

0.96.1 · Aug 29, 2026

  • ImprovedThe sources under a research section are one line by default: the marks of the sites behind the research and a count. Open it and every source with a link goes straight to the actual article, carrying the site's own icon. A source without a link stays honestly unlinked.
  • ImprovedThe cyclist persona's sources now point at the real pages: the Cyclingnews test, the Cycling Weekly piece, the 2020 review on PubMed and the HiStrips product page, looked up rather than guessed. Two that could not be found stay without a link.

The funnel in full, and creators who fit the persona

0.96.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • NewEvery ICP shows its creative coverage whole again: how many creatives exist for this persona and how they sit across top, mid and bottom of funnel, as a bar with the exact counts underneath and a jump to the board.
  • NewCreators can be linked to a persona. A creator who genuinely is this buyer, a rider on the cyclist ICP, gets linked once, and the briefs born from the research have a face to go to. Linking is one click from the persona page, unlinking too.
  • ImprovedThe overview card counts creatives made per persona, research or not.

The products are a shelf, not a footnote

0.95.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • ImprovedWhat a persona buys is now a shelf of real product cards inside the hero: a proper image, the name and the price, click through to the product. This is an e-commerce tool; the products were the one thing the page kept shrinking.
  • ImprovedThe cover band carries the house grid texture instead of sitting empty, the demographics are one quiet line instead of five chips, and finished setup steps read as done through the check rather than three struck-through lines.

A persona page with a hero, and a path through it

0.94.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • ImprovedThe ICP page opens on a real profile hero: a cover band with the photo overlapping its edge, the name and demographics beside it, the actions on the right and the positioning line underneath. The research stops are now one settings-style tab bar under it, full width, with counts.
  • NewA setup guide walks a persona from sketch to working: give it a face, link the products, research it, turn the research into briefs. It reads its progress from the data itself, one button always points at the next open step, and it disappears the moment the loop is closed.
  • NewThe guide's steps deep-link straight into the right place: the edit sheet, the AI researcher and the worklist all open from a plain link now.

Small corners, one product row, and pages instead of a scroll

0.93.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • FixedProduct thumbnails no longer look nearly round: the corner radius now follows the size of the tile, so a small thumbnail gets a small corner.
  • ImprovedThe products on an ICP are one row of quiet pills under the header, in the same type as everything around them, instead of a stack of two-line cards with a monospace price.
  • NewThe worklist and the hooks list now page, ten and twelve at a time, instead of scrolling on forever. Changing a filter starts you back at page one.

An ICP card that tells you where the work is

0.92.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • ImprovedThe ICP overview card now says what separates one persona from the next: research confidence as five dots, how many beliefs stand in the way, how many hooks are ready, how much work is open, and the linked products as a stacked row of their own photos. An unresearched persona says so instead of looking identical to a researched one.
  • ImprovedThe worklist checkbox is now a real house control, its look ported from Origin UI's enhanced checkbox and rebuilt on the primitives the rest of the app uses.

The ICP page looks like it deserves the research

0.91.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • ImprovedA full visual pass over the ICP page: a proper profile header with room for the positioning line, a calmer cover strip with real numerals, a navigation rail that reads as navigation, comfortable worklist rows with a proper checkbox, quieter filter pills and evidence chips, and the reframe on a barrier card presented as the answer it is.
  • ImprovedThe ICP overview cards match the new language.
  • FixedThe header no longer squeezes the persona's name into a sliver when the action buttons want a full row. The buttons wrap instead.

The AI researches a persona against the live web

0.90.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • NewResearch with AI on an ICP builds the six research sections one at a time: market, persona, pain, belief, message and make. It searches the web for real evidence, cites its sources, and labels every claim as verified, inferred or an assumption rather than writing guesses as facts.
  • NewNothing lands without being read. Each section comes back as a draft with its confidence score and its own thinnest part named; you read it and press save, or redo it. Regenerating one section replaces that section and leaves the other five alone.
  • NewBelief research produces the barrier cards, make produces the hooks, and every section drops its work items straight onto the worklist. Hooks that already became a brief survive a regeneration.
  • ImprovedFunnel coverage now counts only creatives that were actually made and still stand. Concepts and closed items no longer count as having covered a persona.
  • FixedTeam members no longer see brief creation buttons that the database would refuse, on the briefs board as well as on the ICP.

Clip an ICP to a question and get a script back

0.89.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • NewThe plus button next to the chat box now lists your ICPs. Pick one and it travels with your question, so the answer is built on that persona's research instead of a general idea of your brand.
  • NewAsk for a script with an ICP attached and you get one that works: it names which awareness level it is written for and which belief it is there to move, opens on the pain in the buyer's own words, answers the objection with the reframe from your research rather than the claim behind it, and uses none of the words that make him switch off. It never names the persona, because he does not think of himself as a target audience.
  • NewEvery script comes back with two lines you can act on: what result would tell you the angle is wrong, and which of its claims your research only assumes.
  • FixedAttachments on a question used to be decoration. The chips appeared and then were thrown away when you pressed send.

The ICP now tells you what to make next

0.88.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • NewA task on an ICP turns into a brief in one click, with the persona already attached, and lands on your briefs board. A hook does the same, and its awareness level picks the funnel stage for you. That is the loop research was missing: read it once, then work it.
  • ImprovedWork is now the first thing you see on a researched ICP instead of the last tab. The research that argues for it sits one click behind.
  • ImprovedWhich funnel stages have nothing made for this persona is now said in a sentence next to the list of things to make, rather than a bar chart sitting at zero further down the page.
  • ImprovedThe products an ICP sells to now show their own picture and open the product when you click them.
  • FixedFour empty cards promising ad results once Meta Ads is connected are gone. There is one quiet link that says it is coming, instead of four cards saying nothing four times.
  • FixedThe open section is now part of the address, so ticking something off no longer risks dropping you back at the start, and you can link straight to an ICP's worklist.

An ICP you can work, not a document you scroll

0.87.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • NewA researched ICP now opens on six stops instead of one long page: who buys this, who he is, what hurts, what he refuses to believe, what you say, what you make. Each stop answers one question and fits on a screen, so nine thousand words of research stops being something nobody finishes.
  • NewEvery claim carries a chip saying whether it was verified against a named source, reasoned out, or assumed. The thinnest part of the research is named at the top rather than buried at the back, so you can see what to trust before you act on it.
  • NewEverything in a briefing that is a job rather than a paragraph now collects into one worklist you can tick through: the shoots, the missing assets, the tests and the open questions, each linking back to the section it came from.
  • NewAd hooks are a filterable list rather than a wall. Narrow by awareness level and platform, copy the one you want, and the handful the research says to run first stay pinned to the top.
  • NewResearch about the product itself, the competitors and the science, is now held once and shared by every audience you build for that product. Add a second ICP and it arrives already carrying the market work.
  • FixedLong bulleted lists kept their position rather than their text as an identity, so a list that repeats a line no longer confuses the page about which row is which.
  • FixedOn a phone the stops now scroll sideways instead of running off the edge where the last ones could not be reached.

Tell us where your money goes

0.86.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • NewAffiliates can now set how they want to be paid from their own portal: PayPal, bank transfer or store credit. Nobody could be paid before this, by any method, because nobody had ever been asked where to send it.
  • NewThe payouts screen shows who cannot be paid yet and why, and lets you send that creator their portal link to ask. You can see whether an address is set, never what it is.
  • FixedA creator's payout address was being sent to the browser on the affiliate and payout screens, where it had no business being. It never leaves the creator's own portal now.

Every scheduled job now says what it did

0.85.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • FixedA refund notification that Shopify sends twice used to take the commission back twice, leaving a creator short by an amount that was only ever refunded once. Each notification is now handled exactly once, and a delivery that genuinely failed can still be retried.
  • NewThe support screen shows when each background job last ran, how long it took and what it processed, alongside the queues those jobs are meant to be emptying. A job that runs but achieves nothing no longer looks the same as one with nothing to do.

The AI allowance now counts what a question costs

0.84.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • ImprovedA question on the pro model takes three credits instead of one, because it costs roughly three times as much to answer. Your monthly allowance now limits what you spend rather than only how often you ask.
  • FixedDrafting an ICP with AI runs on the pro model but was not counted against your monthly allowance at all. It is now.

Email that never arrived is no longer invisible

0.83.2 · Aug 29, 2026

  • NewSettings, Notifications now shows the email your workspace cannot deliver, grouped per creator with the reason. Until now a creator with no email address on file silently stopped hearing about every commission she earned, while your side of the app showed the message as handled. The list holds only what is still open: fix a creator's address and her messages leave the list, and anything that is not a missing address drops off after a week.
  • NewA creator's email address can now be changed on their page, next to program, tier and status. It was only ever set when you added them, so an address that was missing or wrong could not be repaired anywhere in the app.
  • NewThe ops overview counts undelivered email across every workspace, so a delivery problem that hits everyone at once is visible the moment it starts.

A safe link only hands out a code the checkout accepts

0.83.1 · Aug 29, 2026

  • FixedA safe link handed the shopper a discount code your store had never been told about, so the checkout refused it. The first click on any creator's link was always a dead code, and so was a second click within five minutes of the first. The code is now created in your Shopify store before the shopper is sent to it.
  • FixedA safe link in a workspace without a connected Shopify store used to hand out a code that could never work anywhere. It now takes the shopper to your storefront and still counts the click for the creator.

Approved creators hear about it, and their numbers are real

0.83.0 · Aug 29, 2026

  • NewApproving a creator now sends them an email with their discount code and a link to their portal. Until now they were accepted and heard nothing, so the code only reached them if you wrote it out yourself.
  • FixedThe referrals and revenue on a creator's portal were always zero, however much they had sold. Nothing kept them up to date. They now follow every order placed with their code, including refunds and corrections.
  • FixedTwo creators in the same workspace can no longer end up with the same discount code. When that happened, every order on that code paid whichever of the two the database found first.

Screens appear straight away, and the totals count every row

0.82.0 · Aug 28, 2026

  • FixedA total built from more than a thousand orders could come out too low, and nothing on screen said so. Revenue, commission, profit per product, open payouts and held commission now count every row that belongs in them.
  • FixedCommission paid on the dashboard skipped any payout that was queued in an earlier period and paid in this one, which is the normal way a payout queue works. It now counts them, in the figure, its trend line and Recent activity.
  • FixedRecent activity on the affiliate analytics page could leave out the payout that had just gone out, because it picked the newest by the day they were queued and then showed them by the day they were paid.
  • ImprovedA page now shows its title and layout the moment you click, and fills in the numbers as they arrive, instead of staying blank until the last query finishes.
  • ImprovedGoing back to a screen you just left reuses what you already had instead of loading it again.
  • ImprovedEvery page view used to wait on a round trip to the login server before anything else could start, and so did every link the browser prepared in the background. That check now happens on the spot.
  • ImprovedThe profit column on your catalogue is now worked out where your orders already are, instead of pulling every order line across to add them up. It stays as quick with a year of orders as with a week.
  • ImprovedThe notification list no longer holds up the sidebar and the header. The bell is there immediately.
  • ImprovedSlow Google Drive thumbnails no longer hold up the content board. The cards appear first and the previews follow.

Commission is written down, not worked out again later

0.81.0 · Aug 26, 2026

  • FixedRaising a creator's rate no longer makes their old orders worth more. Every order now records the rate it was placed under, so what was earned stays earned.
  • FixedCommission is charged on the order's product value after discount, instead of on the grand total. Paying a share of VAT and postage was costing roughly a fifth more than the rate you set.
  • FixedA partial refund now takes back only its own share. Returning one item out of five used to void the whole commission on that order.
  • FixedA refund on an order that was already paid out now shows as a negative balance instead of quietly rounding up to zero, so the books add up and you can see what is owed back.

The order sync now finishes what it started

0.80.3 · Aug 26, 2026

  • FixedA store with more orders than one run can take used to start over from the same place every time, so it could never get past the first batch. Each run now continues where the last one stopped, and repeated runs walk forward to today.

Sync where you look for it

0.80.2 · Aug 26, 2026

  • NewThe Shopify connection page can pull your catalogue and orders itself. It is the page that tells you when you last synced, so it should be the page that lets you do it, rather than sending you to Products to find the button.
  • FixedLast synced now moves when you sync. It used to show the day you connected and never change, which made it a date that quietly said nothing.

Profit keeps itself up to date

0.80.1 · Aug 26, 2026

  • NewOrders now sync by themselves every night, so profit stays current without anyone pressing a button. It asks your store only for what changed since the last run, so a quiet day costs one request.
  • ImprovedThe nightly run and the button share the same code, so the two can never drift apart and report different numbers.

A customer's own Shopify app, without a database session

0.80.0 · Aug 26, 2026

  • NewA workspace can be given its own Shopify app from the support screen. A custom app installs on exactly one store, so every customer needs their own, and until now that meant writing to the database by hand.
  • ImprovedThe screen says which app a workspace connects with, and warns when it is still falling back to the shared one, which is the reason an install ends on Shopify's "this link can't be used" page.

See which products actually earn

0.79.1 · Aug 26, 2026

  • NewThe products list has a profit column over the last thirty days, so the catalogue answers which products earn rather than only what they cost and what they sell for. Units sold are shown beside it.
  • ImprovedThree states are kept apart on purpose: a product that sold nothing shows a dash, one without a cost price shows its revenue and says the cost is missing, and only a product with both shows a profit.

What a product actually earned

0.79.0 · Aug 26, 2026

  • NewA product now shows its profit over the period you pick, not just its margin on paper. Units sold come from your real orders, the cost price from the product, and what is left is the profit, with the share of revenue beside it.
  • NewSyncing from Shopify now brings your order lines along in the same click. Only what changed since last time, so an order that was refunded or edited is corrected rather than counted twice.
  • ImprovedA product with no cost price keeps showing its margin per unit instead of pretending its whole revenue was profit.
