  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of delivery. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We only ship within the UAE.

  • Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within a week. However, in some cases, delivery may take up to 7–9 days maximum.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
